Cycling Southwell to Tinnermans Garden Centre when saddle bolt broke off completely. Went to this garage and showed the broken bolt. Manager found us a new, nearly perfect bolt. With a couple of washers we repaired the seat and cycled the 13 miles back. Cant thank him enough. Helpful, curteous, polite, couldn't do enough. So impressed. A real gentleman. If I had a Land Rover I would sent it here! Thank you enormously.
