I had a loud scraping noise coming from the right side of my car and took it straight in as it's where I get my car serviced. They looked at it straight away and eventually found it was a stone had got into the wheel. It took about 20 minutes in total to locate and remove. They were very helpful and didn't charge me anything as I take my car there every year for it's MOT. Great service and so friendly

Took my car in this morning for an MOT and service. My original booking was cancelled in Leicester and was efficiently arranged for Nottingham for the same time and date. The centre principal (richard) and the assistant manager (michael) were extremely friendly and helpful. They took a genuine interest on how we were and gave us a complimentary engine protection service when we told them we were getting married the next day. Very happy with the service and will definitely be returning again.

Second time I have been here and it's a strong 4 stars, would be 5 had they not been running 50 min late. Staff were fine, I received a video of the service and had an explanation of the notes when I collected it. I was able to use the free wifi, this was very important to me as I had a zoom meeting to attend. I will be booking again, but will factor to leave the car there just incase its running behind time.

Good prices, the guy on the desk was informative and not pushy when promoting their package deals. Have taken them up on the Gold package, next year all paid for which is one less thing to worry about. Fantastic service, think I have found a garage I am happy to stick with, couldn't have asked for better today.

I wish there was a 6th star to choose - thats how highly i rate Rich and his team at Lady Bay In and Out. I have used these guys for 3 years for both cars, our business has a few guys who use them too and the service is repeatedly, and consistently excellent. The have a genuine, affable, honest and down to earth feel, always busy but never rushed or impatient, always friendly and warm yet professional and informative. I have dealt with 3 or 4 different guys in the past and each has the same approach to the job. The servive manager there is another level and it clearly rubs off on his team. These guys are hero’s- Richard, Michael, Adam and Stuart pulled out all the stops when I realised I had let my MOT lapse while going on holiday - miles from home I contacted them at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and booked in and done by 5, they even gave me a fab discount I realise this made the guys late closing down for the day so really can’t thank them enough, it meant we didn’t have to cancel our holiday Even though it’s miles from home will definitely be spending a day in Nottingham to get my MOTs done in future Not all hero’s wear capes! I rarely bother with writing reviews but having used In-n-out Nottingham quite a few times now over a number of years I figured it's time to leave one. I needed an MoT at short notice, spoke to the manager (think it's Richard) who managed to squeeze me in same day, last MoT slot of the day. As ever, reasonable price, on time and no issues. The guy who tested my car took the time to speak to me during and after the test, explaining a couple of "advisory"issues clearly. My wife also came here a while back too and found them equally helpful. They did the work she went in for, but also found a very minor problem with the car which they explained and also fixed at no extra cost. Some garages would have seen this situation as a money making opportunity to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars. Not the case at this place, so that's a reason to recommend in itself. Not really anything to criticise, ok the reception is looking a bit tired now and the free hot drinks machine was not available, but considering the COVID situation this is hardly an issue. So, overall I'd recommend In-n-out Nottingham, reasonable prices, friendly staff who don't take advantage of customers, and convenient location to nip to shops whilst the car is being worked on.

Went here for the first time today to have an mot done on my car. I rang in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Very professional and thorough during the mot. They inspect your vehicle properly, I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend. I have used different mot centres the last few years, who did not spend as much time and seem to just pass your vehicle. When there could be and is stuff wrong with it. Staff are very nice and friendly you are made to feel relaxed.

MOT and service were thorough, and given the car had some issues I was kept informed every step of the way, even when a supplier let them down and the repairs needed were slightly delayed. The free retest offers a real peace of mind, as does breaking down the repair fees over 4 months with payment assist.

MOT day, my most dreaded day of the year. The lovely lads at the main reception were so friendly and made me feel welcome. I had just finished a night shift and came straight here, he showed me to the waiting area and free drinks machine. Even came to check on us, and put the air conditioning on and just made us feel comfortable during our wait. MOT sadly failed but only on one thing, fixed and back on the road with passed MOT certificate in no time. Thank you very much for a great experience. Recommend - especially for NHS staff as they offer discounts, will definitely be back.

Fantastic customer service and superb staff and mechanics after a unsatisfactory visit at another branch who said I needed a NEW part after they fitted a timing belt. I've been using the branch at Lady Bay for some years now and have never been disappointed. Last Saturday I dropped in to make an appointment for an oil change and was delighted to be told that it could be done while I waited. I retired to the waiting area and made use of the free coffee machine. 1/2 an hour later I was on my way. The staff are always friendly and give good advice. There's never that old school "sharp intake of breath" and to be told that it'll cost me. If you need car maintenance in Nottingham then go to In'n'Out.

It's an easy place to get services/MOTs. The staff are friendly and the work is done quickly and to a high service. The prices are reasonable too. I got an interim service + air conditioning service done in about an hour and a quater. Just popped across to the subway across the road to get a drink and chill in the sun for a bit. It's easy to book appointments too, I called on a Tuesday and got a spot for the Saturday at a good time, whenever I've used them they have seemed to have weekend spots available. Shall be using them again whenever something goes wrong with my car 👍

We've used In n Out Nottingham for a few years now for MOT, service and occasional work for my wife's car and for mine. The process has always been efficient (they get the parts very quickly) and courteous, the environment is very clean and a real contrast with your average dirty workshop of years gone by. I believe they are honest, open (they took the trouble to show me an issue when the car was on the ramp) and very good value. Civilised waiting area, coffee and magazines. Would definitely recommend on my experience.

I have used the Nottingham branch for many years now for MOT/Servicing and have always had excellent service. Had to pop in today with an "emergency" as my tyre had gone flat and wouldn't stay inflated. Valve on the tyre had split - actual tyre was fine. The guys were super helpful and efficient as always, and I was quickly on my way with the valve replaced. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Still some room for improvements but i'll mention what I like and dislike Likes * Video and break down of advisories * Informed as soon as it was complete (other garages play the i'm too busy card all the time and let you know an hour before closing) * Replacement parts are quite reasonably priced when quoting against eurocarparts * Good breakdown of everything on the report Dislikes * The place itself doesn't accept american express despite nowhere on the website saying that would be the case and paying the initial fee using amex from the website * Website said under 90 minutes, was informed could take 2-3 hours, and therefore this information should be amended to reflect customer expectation. 2-3 hours isn't quite IN'n'OUT * Usual sales spiel to add on optional extras, but i did say i wanted just the minimum and he did back off * Still feels the same price as if I went to the main dealership for my car (Pentagon), so the main advantage I feel with this place is it's closer and much quicker to complete than competitors

Fast and cheap MOT. Although my car failed they had a part and it passed within another hour. Only negative was I had to top ups done as well and my oil cap was left off and wasn’t noticed until a few days later by myself, unfortunately it had splatted everywhere! In N Out are great, I feel they are honest and trustworthy and they do what needs to be done, and they do it quickly while you wait. wow what fantastic service and awesome people are running in'n'out on meadow lane.. I wanted the Range Rover fixed before I went into Hospital so Wendy wouldn't have to worry or break down while visiting and running me around.. took it in at 10am today with a broken suspension control arm joint broken both roll bar joint and bushes thanks to the shocking pot holes around westbridgford.. spoke to the assistant manager Andy Hughes and he really looked after us.. by the time we had been shopping had a coffee he had the Mechanics test drive it order the parts and repair it within an hour and a half that is absolutely fantastic would recommend this place to anybody and the price was incredibly good too..

I attended the nottingham branch for an MOT and sat and waited for this to be done when the mot guy got in my car he then found it necessary to give the car some unnecessary revs as he wanted to hear the the engine and exhaust noise on my car other mot guys there did not do this on other cars that were going through the same procedure as mine, as mine is a 4 litre v8 he must have used a gallon of fuel driving it to the mot bays, i will not be returning for any future work to be done
