Martin is a very genuine mechanic and takes time to explain work to you and gets the best price, would definitely be back for further work !

Contacted Kwik Fit to cancel and found it was no problem at all. When ready to re book rang to find that already done and at the same price as my original booking. After being dropped off by the AA, it didn't take long for the staff to sort out the car's tires, offer us a cup of tea and even give our little one some sweets for being so patient. Such an excellent service.

I have had multiple bad experiences with other branches but this one stands out and has always delivered great service and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy with the work completed to a good standard at a good price. On the last occasion I visited, Brad really helped me out and sorted a temporary fix for a Rim Leak I had. It needed a repair but Brad helped me to survive until I could get it properly sorted. Thank you Brad! Above all, they are straight, honest and professional. A credit to the Kwik Fit centres.
The only reason that this wasn't a 5 star review was that my Alloy wheel security bolt was damaged in the process of the fix and it cost me £130 at a local garage to get fixed...

J. G. T.Martin Swift is an exemplary employee of Kwik Fit. I telephoned yesterday on the off chance they could have a look at my tyre pressure (since the staff at Mercedes didn’t have a clue what PSI/Bar was required)
Martin said to bring my car in and he’d have a look for me. He checked my tyres and added the required tyre pressure for me all in a matter of minutes at no charge.
I would highly recommend this branch as the staff are lovely and very helpful and I’ll certainly make sure I take my car there in the future, should it need looking at.

Badly in need of office staff in order to allow technicians to concentrate on the work. The number of people walking in and having to wait and giving up, counted 2. That everyday is worrying. Easily pay for a receptionist/ admin clerk with just today's walk outs!
