M. D.Martin managed to squeeze us in at late notice just before Christmas due to an issue with the seat of our car. He was helpful and welcoming both on the phone and again in person. He looked at the car and managed to sort the seat within 5 minutes, avoiding any work or labour fees. A very kind and honest guy, definitely made our Christmas that bit easier!

Being new to the area, I was quite worried about bringing my car (which was flashing warning lights and suffering an engine problem) to a garage on the basis they would see I was a struggling student and try get every last penny out of me but Martin was incredibly professional, kept me updated throughout on the status of the repairs and explained everything thoroughly.
