My washer warning light came on in my mini but after buying my screen wash I couldn’t get my bonnet to open. I called Motor Master and Ash said he could take a look straight away. After some elbow grease and sorting out the seized up latches I was able to fill up the reservoir. Ash was friendly and knowledgeable and wouldn’t let me pay for his time. I was most impressed. Thank you. I will be back when it needs servicing.

Took my M135i in for a new set of brake pads yesterday, I've had quite a few people recommend the garage to me. The service was very reasonably priced and Ash had it turned around by the end of the day. I got a very thorough report pointing out some potential future issues and can't fault the work done. I was very apprehensive about taking my mini ( my pride and joy) to anywhere other than a main dealer but having been ripped off for the second time !!!! I had lost all faith in them. A friend of mine recommended this garage, so a bit reluctant I admit , I booked in for a service. More than happy! First class treatment! First class work, great experience all round, I 110% recommended this garage and it’s friendly knowledgable staff. In my last review I said I would never take my car anywhere other than Motor Master BMW and I have stuck to that. I had my 1 Series BMW serviced yesterday and, as always, I was delighted with the result. I really appreciate that everything is explained to me, especially as it is not in the patronising manner that I have previously encountered from other garages - just because I'm a woman it doesn't mean that I'm incapable of understanding what's going on under the bonnet. Fabulous customer service, great price - what's not to love?

I can highly recommend Motor Master. Suspension repairs and a service were carried out on my X5, both jobs turned around quickly. Great work from Ash on my car. It’s a limited edition M3 that I’m very over protective of but now wouldn’t take it anywhere else for any work needed. Extremely professional service and only genuine parts used. Ash even got the details uploaded to the BMW service site to log all work carried.

Made an appointment last week for today. Dropped my BMW 3 series off at 9am with Ash, very pleasant and friendly. Called up at 1.30pm it was all completed. I went into the premises to settle the bill and couldn't believe how clean, Tidy and organized his workshop was. I waited a while to get a feeling of the car before leaving the review. Ash did a thorough major service (gearbox, transfer case, oils & filters, breaks etc), additionally there were some problems with front arms which had to be replaced (highlighted by MOT test). Ash is a professional, and he does the work with passion and commitment, he won't hesitate adding a bit of grease where needed or brushing off some rust in order to prevent further deterioration. Prevention is key. He is very busy but and that's a consequence of his own hard work and professionalism. The quotes are not cheap, just as the quality of work! All the best Ash!

I had my 520d serviced here a year ago and received fantastic service. Although he was very busy he fitted me in and charged half what Stratstone quoted. Although my car was not able to show it's service record on the car computer screen, the owner spent extra time adding the software to enable it to do so, all at no extra cost. Very pleasant to deal with, will use again.

Many thanks to Ash. I had an RDC tyre pressure failure fault coming on the system after recently purchasing a BMW 3 series. The owner saw car same day short notice and within minutes identified the missing TPMS sensor. He kindly explained how to reset the tyre pressure monitoring system after a new sensor had been fitted via the iDrive system which resolved the issue. Will definitely be returning here for future servicing/ repair needs . Very professional, friendly and quick service which is greatly appreciated

I have used Motor Master a couple of times now for my BMW 428i and I am so happy to have found this garage. They replaced my brake pads when they needed doing a few months a ago and more recently they did my service. Not only are they experts with BMW's but you can clearly see the care and attention they take in their work. I can't recommend them enough and wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Being new to the Nottingham area I was worried about finding a reliable garage when my 1-Series BMW developed a problem. I did my research and took a chance on taking my car to Motor Master BMW. What a find! So much time was taken over diagnosing the problem and I was still given the option of taking my car elsewhere if I wasn't satisfied with the explanation or the estimated cost - but I kept the faith. My car was fixed in no time, the price was great and I was given so much helpful advice for my future motoring. Fantastic customer service, so I shall never take my car anywhere else.

I have just had our BMW 1 Series serviced and MoT'd at Motor Master. This BMW specialist engineer is very busy, but really committed to a quality service. The location is really convenient to the centre of Nottingham and very well equipped, but not flashy. If you are looking for a Nottingham based independent Mini & BMW specialist engineer offering great value for money look no further.

after numerous visits to few different garages including main dealers i was losing hope with my BMW 5 series. thankfully i was recommended Motor Master in Nottingham.they found a fault and fixed it. very well equiped garage and knowledgeable staff. will definitely use it again

Now it takes me a lot to trust a garage not to do me over. I needed my service and MOT doing and I didn't have time to sort it myself. These gave a reasonable quote for the basics and I was very happy with the service. An array of relatively new BMWs in for service was enough to convince me that they probably knew what they were doing. Hasim managed to eliminate a bit of sponge I had from my last brake job, and fixed my handbrake (which on my E46 are known to be rubbish!). Don't know what he did, but when it went on the rolling road on the MOT it ripped right off the rollers - which I've never seen it do on a brake test. Very happy, and definitely recommended. I will be back

Great service, the fault with the car was diagnosed within minutes, a price agreed and exactly that price charged. The car was given a full check over, and a couple of other minor issues were resolved free of charge, and a report on the overall condition and upcoming service requirements given. Please bear in mind the owner is a BUSY man and it pays to be patient; honest, expert serivce is well worth the wait!

Serviced my X series. Super clean workshop space, organised - all the vehicle docs were ready printed out when I arrived. Took the time to show me where the servicing schedule was on the car & when & also had awareness that I'd come from Newark & would be waiting so they brought the slot forward. I have been using Motor Master for 6 years and they always provide an excellent, and importantly honest service. They only advise on what needs to be done and never try to add extras just to get more out of you when its not necessary. They are knowledgeable and work is done efficiently and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Took my 2007 BMW E92 in with a number of faults including a coolant leak, DPF issue and inlet manifold problem just to name a few. Everything was fixed to a high standard and the car drives fantastically again. Great guy and great service - I would highly recommend.

First time I went there was with a DPF error showing on my mini - found the fault really quickly (nothing to do with DPF) and also gave a fantastic service - car ran well after. Have been back several times for services and also once for a fuel pump error in the very cold weather. Always perfect job done. I would go to this guy every time.
