Absolutely over the moon with the work we had done and we can't recommend Kes and his team highly enough. He worked within our budget and he got both cars back to us in time to make our scheduled appointments. We were sent to Kes by a mate for rear drivers side wheel arch damage and 3 scratched panels on my car and front drivers side wheel arch damage and general paint discolouration to the Mrs car. Not only did he sort all that out but also refurbished and painted our alloys, further de-badged my car, blacked the grill of the Mrs car as well as the wing mirrors as an extra touch. Best of all he hooked me up with a set of dynamic rear indicators to fit my 2016 shape A3. I've been looking for a set for the past 4yrs and within 10minutes of meeting Kes he had them on the way and within 20minutes of them arriving they were on the car!! Absolute legend. We'll be taking both our cars to Kes from now on for any and all work. Top man and top team.

Another happy customer. Kez gave me the same quote as another shop, but the reviews on google encouraged me to hire him. He was friendly and helpful, took the car in next day, did an excellent job fixing it, and finished the work in 2 days. He even cleaned the car from the inside. I have had car's painted by Porsche dealer paint shops and BMW dealer paint shops (e.g. 928 GTS and an E34 M5 3.8) neither result was as good as the 330ci M-Sport Convertible that Kes and Don just painted for me (See photo). When they received the car, after 17 years it had various bodges, dings and dents and the guys stripped the car, prepped and repaired it properly and painted it to Rolls Royce quality standard, there isn't a flaw anywhere to be seen and the colour depth and clear-coat are flat, deep and lustrous, which is difficult to achieve with BMW Topas Blue. Kes was kind enough to send me photo's when the car was being stripped and prepped, which was fun as I could see the state of undress as it happened which would probably make a lot of people nervous, but not me :). Great price, great quality and great care taken, nothing more to be said other than highly recommended! I'll be back.

Fourth time i'v used kez at smart auto systems as i said in a previous post i would'nt let anyone else touch my car and this is the reason why thanks to someone backing into my car in a car park kez went above and beyond driving all the way to manchester to fetch me a new door jst two days after i spoke to him and the results are amazing silver very difficult to match up but he somehow managed it i am so happy with result if you need anything doing on your vehicle look no further than smart auto sytems wheels refurbed and performance kit fitted on a previous visit amazing at what he can do thanks again kez.

Rang around 20 places for quotes and everyone was expensive. Kez was the cheapest by far and had no negative reviews so went for him. Talked me through the whole process and after work was completed showed me the work done thoroughly. Could not ask for anything more, his work is excellent. Highly recommended.

Bad scratches on 3 panels and wing mirror needed painting car was turned round in 2 days and even dropped back to me. Paintwork is 100% perfect and I paid for a deep interior clean, it's like a new car now. Price was on a par with other shops but the quality and service were far superior. If you're looking for body repair in Nottingham there is literally no reason to go elsewhere. All the 5 star reviews are deserved

My car needed a service and MOT. During the service a broken spring was found and repaired. The pick up and drop off service meant all this happened while I was at work. Never heard of these guys before read the reviews and thought I'll give them a go. Best decision I've made for a while, they have transformed my car and the finish is excellent. They also send you pictures to show what they're doing, they even show you the parts they've changed and keep you informed of any issues. I have been using this garage over the last 5-6yrs. after experiencing really poor service and bad workmanship from other garages I came to smart auto systems on recommendation. Somebody hit the side of my Honda Civic Typre R which is my pride and joy. I was recommended by a friend to go and get my car repaired from SAS and speak to Kes. So I called Kes who was very professional and he told me to bring my car down to him straight away for him to have a look at it. When Kes looked at my car I told him I wanted my back bumper to be repaired which had been previously damaged and also asked him if he could get my car to look like new. Kes said he would do all these jobs and would machine polish my car and detail it all. He then gave me a price for the whole jobs and said it would take 3 days. The price was excellent and reasonable for all the work that was going to be carried out. By speaking to Kes he knew exactly what he was doing and knew his stuff. I left the car in Kes capable hands. Whilst Kes was doing the work he would send me photos of what he was doing which was brilliant and kept me informed. On the 3rd Day he rang me and told me that my car was finished so I went to collect it. When I first saw my car I could not believe how amazing it looked. It was like showroom condition and the damage looked like it was never there. The car looked so good and I was over the moon with the work done. I would highly recommend Kes and I have used several other body repairs in the past and none of them can no way near even touch the work Kes has done. He is really highly skilled at what he does and his work is just amazing for the price. I dont think there is anybody that can compete with the work Kes does and I will never be taking my car anywhere else other than to SAS repairs. Kes is such a friendly approachable and trustworthy guy and I would give his work 10 stars. Friends and family members have seen my car and cant believe how immaculate it looks. These guys are amazing and have helped me out multiple times, never overcharged me, and have even given me a lift home after I’d dropped my car off with them. Just now I brought my car in with no notice as a problem had developed right before a long trip, and they dropped everything to fix it in time and then didn’t even charge me. Thank you Kes for the amazing service! My wing mirror came off after a small crash with a bus so I asked Smart Auto Systems to replace it - the job was professionally done and wing mirror now looks brand new, people were really friendly but most of all, my quote and final price (unlike other garages in Nottingham) were very honest which is something that I really appreciated as a customer. EDIT: I brought my car in again this week for some MASSIVE body repairs - Kes has done everything in 4 days and at a ridicolously convenient price - the job is extremely professional and results are excellent, honestly couldn't be happier! I've used these guys on two of my cars. My first car was a BMW 5 series which was classed as beyond economical repair (due to accident), these guys not only manage to repair the damage but they made it look like brand new car because of their excellent bodywork craftsmanship. I'd recommend these guys as they are professional and it was at a competitive price. I also got work done to my 3 series convertible, mainly bodywork and wheels - WOW, was the first thing to came to mind when I saw my car! I'm very careful who I give my car to but I'd recommend these guys without no hesitation at all!

I chose Smart Auto Systems based on the reviews I found online and the fact that they'd recently done a respray on the same model car as mine. (E46 330) as seen in their FB gallery Car was fully stripped down and resprayed with Kes keeping me updated with progress while it was in the bodyshop. I collected it last weekend and can honestly say they done a brilliant job, no dents anywhere and the car looks better than it did when I bought it 10 years ago. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a A1 respray. Thanks for your hard work Kes and Co!

Fantastic service! No pressure, professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. A quick search on the internet led to me to SAS. Kes discussed the various options available and level of work required to sort out my X-trail bumper and tail gate after someone had rearranged both in a car park. I normally do my homework and shop around but, on this occasion, threw caution to the wind and committed to SAS before getting any other quotes. I did visit two other “highly recommended” garages and was quoted (in one instance) a less competitive price and in one instance was told that both the tail gate and bumper would need replacing and that was just for starters! SAS repaired the bumper and tail gate on time and the work performed was to a very high standard- as good as new! Couldn’t be happier. I have used SAS on many occasions over the years for both my run around vehicle and our expensive family car.
