I'm normally terrible and forget to leave reviews but I really wanted to highlight what a great garage this is! I have used them for several years now and have always had a very honest and professional service. Everyone is really friendly and they really care. Recently I turned up unannounced as one of my front springs had gone and they saw me straight away and repaired the same day. If you live nearby you should use them 🙂.

What a breath of fresh air. A car garage that does not con you! Peugeot Oxford had looked after my car from new but had terrible service last time so looked for someone new I could trust. In my experience of using them over the past few years Botley Road Motors provide everything you should be able to expect from a garage; yet few actually seem to provide. On every occasion I've used them they've proven to be knowledgeable, relaible, trustworthy, punctual and reasonably priced. Sadly from previous experiences with other garages it seems that those with any integrity / who actually know what they're doing are few and far between. It's a very welcome and refreshing change to find a garage I feel I can trust and because of this I intend to use BRM exclusively in future. Very highly recommended.

We have been using the garage for the past 10 years, even after we moved away from the area, and serviced there 4 different cars. It always has been a hassle free experience. They are careful with the costs and never incurred unnecessary expenses. Polite, professional, make the effort explaining in detail the work and give solid advise. We have been driving since 1996 and this is one of the best garages we ever used. Highly recommended.

First time using them and initial phone call provided a Longer wait than I had hoped for (booked a week ahead) however the quality of work and the process in place due to corona virus is very impressive, prices are competitive but not the cheapest and all staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to book my car in at a days notice for Aircon check, helpful and friendly receptionist and vehicle technician. System has a leak that needs to be traced so back again next Monday but no charge for work today so full marks so far.

I have used this garage for years, I always get quick efficient service at a reasonable price. had poor advice from another garage recently which would have cost big money if had they had anyone to do the work !. But BRM sorted the problem in no time and saved me hundreds, they have a great knowledge of many makes of car which is a very difficult thing to find these days. I know where I will be going next time I need a garage.

All great! They serviced my car earlier in the year, and more recently went out of their way to help with a slow puncture where there was a locking-wheel-nut complication.

Friendly and helpful garage being a female and not knowing anything about cars. I am always worried that I would always get ripped off and being miss sold things I don't need. I have in the past struggled to find a good garage who is willing to explain to me in details on what work I need doing and then break down of the cost. Every time I have my car worked on I always get a call saying I need to spend X amount and this needs changing and that needs changing because its dangerous. How ever I have found Botley Road Motors very friendly and helpful, they call me with details of what needs replacing, why it needs replacing and the possible cause of the fault. They also break down the cost so that I know what parts cost what and they also advise what needs replacing or what does not need replacing yet. For example in the past I had both Kwik-Fit and Halfords Auto Centre tell me my tyres needs replacing urgently and then when my friends look at them they tell me there is still a lots of tread in the tyres and well above the legal limit. I had Botley Road Motors tell me my tyres need doing soon they have 4mm tread left so come back in a month if I don't do many miles or 2 weeks if I do a lot of miles and they will check it again. I feel like I am being looked after very well and they save me so much money. I have recommended all my friends and family to Botley Road Motors as I believe they are very honest and friendly as well as money savers.
