If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful from start to finish. Car returned spotless inside and out. I had a tight deadline for the repairs to be complete and they bettered that by 2 days.

Had crash job done through insurance, front fender damage, front bumper scuffs/damage, rear bumper bent and damage plus rear fender damage and rear alloy scratches plus indicator falling off nearly. Handel really helpful when first took photos and when I phoned. Booking date was while away, but fix time once handed over was not too bad. Josh did a brilliant job with the car and colleagues, and was helpful when visited to check progress. Really happy with way my car looks Josh answered questions I had about paint, and Nick was also really nice when handing back my car. Paint matches amazing and was pearlescent white so super hard to match! Even bumper matches well which is always off on Nissan GTR’s for example. All paint guaranteed and chance to go back if needed. Had to take back briefly as Bumper slightly miss aligned. Josh was brilliant responded to e-mail very quickly, and re alighted Bumper with no fuss.

Rang to see if they could have a look at a piece of trimming that had come loose when I had a blow out. Told to pop in later for them to check it out. Arrived, quickly seen, options given and then all sorted in 10 minutes! The team were polite, helpful, efficient and spot on. I cannot recommend them enough. They were fantastic! Thank you so much.

My car was sent to Humphris after a crash back in February. Due to a delay in the insurers they had my car for a couple of months… whenever I rang the guys were so helpful and a number of times they rang me to keep me updated. They were so lovely on collection. Unfortunately my tyre pressure light malfunctioned after driving away from the garage (I had a tyre changed) I was a bit away from the garage and so left it hoping it would go away (as Google suggested it does sometimes) Unfortunately it didn’t. Fast forward a couple of months and my car failed its MOT due to this. I rang the guys at Humphris explaining what had happened and they told me to get down as soon as I could and they would look at it. I took the car to them and they sorted the problem without no questions or hesitations!! I couldn’t be more thankful for them sorting out the problem straight away!!! They were so friendly and helpful even though I’d ignored the problem, they didn’t need to go out of their way to help. So…. To you all thank you so much From the absolute pain who has the black corsa!!! Wish I could give you 10 stars!!

Brought my car in after I was crashed into last month. All the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. One of the guys named Josh was very professional and made sure the repair ran smoothly by keeping me up to date with the repair. They provided me with a hire car and had my car fixed within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

I am so happy I went to Humphris! I had a knock to my car which stopped the passenger door from opening. Most places recommended I have the door replaced at a large cost, but Josh from Humphris managed to fix it rather than replace it at a fraction of the cost!
