Extremely helpful and helped me get my car back from France. So helpful, worked with us while we tried to get the car out of the impound and delivered the car straight to a garage of my choice. With pictures of the progress of what’s happening Hopefully I don’t need you used again but if I do I will definitely be using oxford breakdown recovery.

Following a breakdown involving significant damage to our trailer tent in France we were advised it could not be repaired in timely fashion in France and essentially abandoned by our breakdown services and insurance. We were left needing to transport the trailer home. I contacted Oxford Recovery who were fantastic, both friendly and solution focused, and who could collect the trailer early the following week for us. From collection to delivery we had photo updates to keep us posted with progress, on delivery they couldn't have been nicer people! We're so grateful and wholeheartedly recommend.

Went out their way to help me out had me back on the road and going in around 10mins tops Wish I lived close and they were my local breakdown service These guys are the best ever. i could get no help anywhere else , tons of calls no answer accept from these guys wish I remembered if I asked the gents name so I could name him by name but yesterday I traveled around 80-90 miles to collect my new car and in all the excitement I decided to get straight on the motor way without checking for diesel so around 20 30 minutes into my journey back my car started to slow down so I give it some gas nothing pull over to the hard shoulder and realise she’s empty so after 30 mins of running back and forth trying to decide to run to a near by garage to refuel I went and got diesel filled it up nothing so phoned more breakdowns nothing found this company on Google tried them instant answer and response with possible over the phone solution when didn’t work for me was given instant eta and told if they were close enough to help had to phone again as highway people were going to take my car and they weren’t even annoyed in the slightest about the second call in 20-30 mins in fact were more then happy to reiterate an eta so I could let highway know was so pleased with everything done all to get me going before needing towing (cars fine fuel pump just needed priming) very happy with the price I had to pay for call out was surprised by how polite and courteous and understanding they were he didn’t even laugh at me or crack a joke when I told him what kind of day I had had please if you’re ever around their area or even just out of luck like I was use them you won’t regret it

I had broken down by the pear tree round about not far from my home, it would have taken the RAC 4+ hours to reach me with even more delays as my situation wasn’t ‘urgent’ however as a young female alone it wasn’t nice to hear I could be there for by myself for the majority of the day. The Oxford breakdown got to me within 30mins on a Sunday morning and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to get me to Botley!!! I contacted Oxford Breakdown Recovery just because they appeared fairly local to where I wanted a dead Landrover delivered to once recovered from central France. Faz came straight back to me with a price which was very reasonable. He even contacted me later to give me the option of a lower price if he could combine my job with the delivery of another vehicle to France, but sadly that job fell through. We agreed a date and time for collection and true to his word, he was there pretty much on time, which given the length of his journey was very impressive. He gave me updates on his ETA regularly as he went along. Meeting Faz was a pleasure. A really helpful and friendly guy. He treated both the vehicle and myself with great respect but he also has a wonderful sense of humour. The 4x4 photographed from all angles soon loaded on his truck, and he was away. Again, more updates along his journey, more photos taken when he reached Calais including a couple of the sunset reflecting off the Landover.... the man is an artist to boot! Finally, once he'd arrived at the destination, the vehicle was photographed a 3rd time and the pics attached to a message letting me know it was delivered, and thanking me for my business. I simply cannot fault the service that Faz provided. He didn't find problems, he found solutions. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Oxford Breakdown Recovery again. Thank you Faz. You're a star!

Faz came out and rescued us, car and caravan from northern France in June, when our insurers were unable to help with the practical side of things. He was amazing, arranging everything, including a ferry cabin! We were able to rest up overnight in Oxford before he took us all the way home to Sheffield the following day. He didn't over promise. After a breakdown I had to have my car recovered a short distance (one M40 junction away) back to my house, they are a local service so they were able to provide this service rather quickly which is a plus however they were a little expensive I've had cars transported 10x the distance for the price they charged which works out at £14 per mile (most reasonable recovery services charge £1.50 per loaded mile) but that's the price you pay for convenience and they were quick and easy with handy communication via WhatsApp
