A. V.I cannot recommend them enough! We set off from Kent to head back to Yorkshire on the hottest day of the year and the aircon was blowing warm and we have a 6 month old. We'd tried to book in down in Kent but everywhere was fully booked all weekend so we made the decision to try on the way home. They squeezed us in last minute to have it fixed. However, 5 minutes away there was a major incident on the A47 and we were stuck for an hour. After the help of 2 friendly locals who gave us an ice pack and allowed me and baby to sit in the car with aircon, we finally got moving and they still honoured our booking and when we arrived they gave us a fan, ice lollies, cold water and a blanket for our baby to kick about on. They were so friendly and professional and they fixed our aircon in 2 hours so we could finish the rest of our journey. Could not have got through the day without them!
P. G.Really professional and friendly service from everyone that we dealt with, Chelsea on the front desk and Alex who carried out the work. They changed the cambelt and water pump on my Suzuki Grand Vitara and explained everything, showed me the replaced parts and even made sure that I knew where and how to check the coolant level after use. I would certainly recommend using ATD and intend using them if I need anything else doing.
