Price seemed to be picked out of thin air, I would advise getting proof, wasn't ready when I returned at the time I had been given, hard to get a receipt

Well I originally used an online service that used smart-fit for my car service and MOT unfortunately the online service was a cowboy outfit. And there were major issues. However Smart fit sorted the issue themselves and completed the original failed MOT work and work that needed to my car. My car has never run so well and so quiet and smooth, for the first ever I can actually tell that my car has had work done to it! A big thank you to this team for the work they done and getting this sorted for me. Brilliant work and a car that is running better than ever. 👍

Took car with very very bad vibration, drive shaft was failing was promised will be done following morning due to me taking it at 5:30 on closing time , took it back the following morning new part was ready was done in quick time as I had appointments spoke to a chap called Darren he was really helpful and quick to identify the problem thanks

Oil and filter change booked for 10:30am the following day. Good price and finished by 11:00 am. All members of staff approachable. As good as any other fast fit outfit I've used recently. Will use again as long as the prices stay competitive.

Stuck on the side of the A1 with a blowout and couldn't find anyone with a tyre in stock. However one call to these guys and as well as having a tyre in stock they also sent someone out immediately and I was back on the road, excellent service.

Today was the first time using Smartfit and I was totally impressed. I needed my tires changing desperately and I turned up in the morning and they were happy to do them right away. I walked home and shortly received a call to let me know that my brake pads and brake discs were worn and whether or not I would like to come and have a look at them to decide whether or not I would like to replace them. I went ahead with this; I really appreciated that they invited me to come down and look at the damage before making a decision. It just goes to prove the honesty and good service that you get at Smartfit as they were straight up and willing to show me the problem, which is something large companies may not do in order to rip you off. Even upon picking my car up later on, they showed me the problems with the brakes. They had the car for no more than 3 hours today, which exceeded my expectations as I took my car in with no booking. In addition to all of this, the price was very reasonable for the work that needed doing. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their service and I will definitely be returning in future should I have any more car problems. I particularly want to say thank you to Chris for being so helpful today.
