I have been using this garage for about 2 years now, needed a garage where I felt comfortable taking my car as I simply do not know anything about it and often feel garages can tell this. Sophie (forgive me if I have the name wrong) always explains things to me with limited jargon so I understand and always gives me a clear price and options. My car is MOT & serviced with them each year, it’s a good price and if I have any issues, they always put it right. The lads working on the car always leave it clean and tidy, always carryout a good job, and are always nice and chatty. I had a recent issue where the rear lights went, I changed the bulbs with no joy I drove it in ( no appointment) and when I went back they told me the bulbs were just no good, and charged me £5 for bulbs. Now both my sons take their cars here, one is a 2019 plate, and they carry out the manufacturers required service for a much better price than the dealer and always a smile on collection. The other car has been wrapped so my son is very precious about it, the car is well looked after, not so much as a scratch, and the price is well below what he would pay at the merc garage. Would recommend this garage to anyone, and if you are like me and somewhat lacking in car knowledge, they will take care of you and not make you feel silly for not knowing. They will charge you for work that needs doing and give you options on work that can wait. Plus they are all friendly and always make time for the customer, what more can you want.

A good experience with Sam at Burnetts. I was recommended Burnetts Auto Care by a friend, gave Sam a call and booked our E Class in for the following morning. It needed two control arms and a wheel bearing fitted all on same wheel and the tracking done. Had the car trailed down at 8am the next morning and met Sam who looked round the car and listened to how I had done the damage. Sam explained that the work needing to be done could be completed by the end of day but they had staffing issues so it wont be ready till following day, this was not a problem for us so left the car and parts with him. Sam called the following day to advise the car would not be ready until following morning as he is still working on it, which was fine. That morning Burnetts called and explained that the work had been carried out but Sam could not do tracking as the rear drivers side wheel was a different size (punctured which is what put me in a ditch) but had done the front so it is now drivable. Picked up the car and was charged just for the work done, to which i cannot fault. I will be using Burnetts again, Thank Sam

Been bringing my cars here since they opened. Honest, great service and most importantly transparent with costs. Always there to help and often have directed me to other specialists rather then just take the job on themselves, saving me some money but also ensuring the best job possible. Most garages would have just cracked on clocking up the hours and billing them to the customer, these guys are happy to see the work go elsewhere which speaks volumes. Highly recommend and will keep coming back

Always take my cars here for MOT and any work needed. Always brilliant work and always so welcoming. Amazing people and really friendly and well priced. Definitely recommend

Great service and due care taken. Just driven down country when I picked up a puncture when leaving the A38, phoned up and they fitted me in within the hour despite being very busy at the time. Would recommend to anyone new in or around Plymouth

Took my 15 year old vehicle there for an MOT 08.02.18. It passed with juat a bulb replaced for just a quid. Really felt they were genuine and could have sait it needed stuff doing to it due to age but were honest. Thanks guys will bring other cars and reccomend you to family and friends. Cheers John
