You have an Excellent Manager at this site. Courteous, enthusiastic, no problem, and gets the job done for you. Very Good customer service. As i was waiting for a new tyre to be fitted after a puncher i was in the waiting room i noticed other people come in he was so on it. as above and one customer asked for a filter for his car . he phoned the supplier if they had the part they said yes he went back to the customer no problem we will have in an hour and fitted for you. Well done. Please give praise to your manager it goes a long way.

I was met by a young man who was very polite , they were very busy but as I needed just a broken valve replaced he said he would do it himself between customers. Huge thanks to the extraordinarily helpful , efficient, and caring team at Kwik Fit , Tavistock Rd , Plymouth . I contacted the team late at 5.15pm on Friday afternoon on noticing a puncture after a very long drive from London . Despite almost closing time the team welcomed me warmly with open arms , and were super efficient in identifying the puncture and replacing with the spare tyre, ensuring the vehicle was roadworthy and enabling me to continue my weekend plans successfully . On arival of a pre booked MOT, i was greeted shortly after walking in. A polite and responsive employee took my key and logged the vehicle in. From listening to the staff, its clear nobody was being ripped off for unnecessary services. Tyres arent cheap. Overall a good service.

Great service from Rob and Ryan - popped in because a couple of my tyres were losing pressure. I'd previously been to a different tyre fitter with an Orange logo who were no help whatsoever, and had used Kwik Fit somewhere else so popped in to see if they could help. I received a friendly greeting from Ryan who took my details and advised they could help, with an approximate wait time of 30 minutes. Very good as I hadn't made an appointment. Job was passed to Rob who quickly identified a rim leak. unfortunately the tyre was damaged too,so a replacement was needed. Rob advised on price and was able to quickly fit a Goodyear tyre at a decent price, also fixing the rim leak on both front and back wheels in the process I can't thank the team enough for sorting this out for me so quickly, they've saved me from having to pump up my tyre up every week!

This was my first visit to KwikFit - Plymouth - Tavistock road, and although the guys were rushed off their feet with the sheer number of clients they were dealing with (always a great sign when so many people want to use the same garage btw) they did a great job changing my battery and clearing the fault codes I was worried about. Called the branch and spoke to Clive to see if he could look at a knocking noise on my car. Said to come in right away. Dropped off immediately and was greeted by a really friendly, pleasant lady at reception who seemed to really enjoy her job. ( I didn't get her name). Whilst on holiday near Plymouth we had an issue with our exhaust that had been replaced the week previous in Carlisle. We called to enquire if they could help us out as we were due to travel back up the following day. The manager was extremely helpful and reassuring and said we could come in there and then and they would check it out for us. He even gave the extra nugget of info (knowing that we don't know the area/roads) re getting into there unit by using MacD's as a marker. Within 5 mins the car was up on the ramps and the problem was being resolved. Additionally they were that professional that they also advised us of another issue that we would have to go back to the original fitters with. Very soon we were able to continue our holiday and they wished us a safe journey home. Why can't all public facing service providers be like this Team. Thank you all very much; you're a credit to Kwik Fit.

Many many thanks to Rob at Kwik Fit Tavistock Road, Plymouth for the brilliant customer service today. I get very confused & scared as a motabilty customer when I get computer messages on my car to do with my tyres! I can't do anything about them myself and today when a message popped up about my tyre pressures I went straight to Tavistock Road where Rob immediately checked them, sorted them out (they were all over the shop) and helped me with the computer reset. I have had to do this a few times now and have never been disappointed with the service. Thank you!

Fantastic service. We were booked in at 8.30 am and 8.30 am are car looked at straight away. The staff were well mannered and very polite. I made a mistake on paying for the wrong tyres to be done but kwik fit spotted my mistake and replaced the correct tyres, I payed for the front but it was the back tyres that were the problem. Kwik fit sorted it straight out for me . Kwik fit also checked my brakes and discs and a few other things for me . Fantastic team , very welcoming and I will definitely go back to kwik fit.

Great service from these guys. Had a screw in the tyre and gave them a ring. Said to bring the car over, was a Friday late afternoon just before they were closing. Removed the screw, fixed the tyre, which was only three months old, reset tyre pressure on all tyres and rebalanced. Have the car a good check over. First class service from start to finish.

Fixed a screw in my tyre, didn't try to sell me a new one. Polite and professional. The only issue with this particular station is the que to get to it as it shares a small access road with macdonalds. You have to wait for the macdonalds customers to move through before you can proceed (unless your willing to drive on the wrong side of the road and risk coming face to face with frequently emerging macy d's customers coming the other way). The station itself is fine and reasonably priced.

Excellent helpful service from the team at Kwik Fit, Tavistock Road. Plymouth. They really went the extra mile to get me on my way again after I had a puncture on a non repairable tyre that was of quite a rare size. It was a huge relief when the team managed to get hold of the tyre I needed from another local branch (on a Saturday afternoon too) and I was on my way again in less than an hour. I will be getting them to replace my other tyres in the near future.

The team did the wheel change and sorted out an issue with the locking wheel nut. However I asked for a free brake and wheel alignment check and as far as I could tell this did not happen and the invoice says it did but with no feedback.

Had a full service and mot. No problems. Went again for tyres and alignment on Monday 30th October. Was dealt with pretty quickly had a an appointment at 08.30 was out just after nine all done. Had two cross climates fitted. What a difference well worth the money. Alignment bang on so no charge there. No complaints. I watched them like a hawk and the lads worked professionally. The front brake which I fitted myself prior to coming here needed to be replaced as I was supplied with the wrong size disk, which subsequentlydamaged the pad. Having contacted Kwik Fit they went above and beyond to order the relevant parts, accept delivery of my car by a tow truck out of hours and then completed the work promptly so I could get on my way the next morning. Visited the Kwik Fit centre on Tavistock Road so they could look at a slow puncture on my Audi A7. On arrival I was seen straight away and my car was put on the ramp to look at the puncture. The fitter showed me the problem of 2 screws in the damaged tyre. He identified the tyres were worn to 2 mm. After discussing the options we agreed that I would have 4 new tyres fitted as the car is a Quattro. We looked at the pricing of 3 different tyre types and agreed on a price for a new set. They were only able to provide 2 and would need to order another 2 which would arrive in 1 to 2 days. The fitter said they would contact me to arrange for the car to come in and fit the 4 tyres. I had a tel call Tuesday 19th January to inform me the tyres were in and when was the best time to bring the car in we arranged that between 2 to 2.30 pm. I bought the car in at 2.15 and by 3 I was driving out with all 4 tyres replaced and the tracking checked and adjusted. I found the experience excellent and all COVID safety measures in place during my visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kwik Fit. Paul

I’m a disabled customer and I received outstanding service from Assistant Manager Jack at Kwik Fit, Mutley, Plymouth today. Someone had slashed one of my tyres (a nightmare as I rely heavily upon my car) and Jack informed me that I wouldn’t have to pay for a new tyre, as I had previously purchased Kwik Fit Tyre Insurance when I originally bought the tyre from the firm. All I needed to give Kwik Fit was my crime reference number and Kwik Fit Tyre Insurance details. Jack had someone fir the tyre on for me there and then and then I was away. Totally amazing service from the Mutley Kwik Fit team and Jack in particular. Thank you so much guys. I would recommend Mutley Kwik Fit, Plymouth, to everyone including other disabled drivers.

Helpfull and professional staff make it simple to come in and get your tyres sorted. They operate on a walk in service so no need to book in advanced. It takes about 30 minutes from the time they get your car on the ramp to when you get your keys back with two new tyres fitted, balanced and tracked. I would recommend going in the morning where they are less busy.

Yesterday I went there to ask whether my flat tyre could be repaired and I was kindly surprised that, in fact, one of the fitters named Rob fixed it in no time and it only cost me 25 quid!!! After trying to put new alloys on my car I got to the last bolt on the last wheel only to find it would not budge one inch! Bent my wheel brace trying to get it off. So I called kwikfit at Tavistock road and spoke to a gentleman called Ryan, who was able to get the nut free after working with it and using some strength. I cannot fault the team here in Tavistock Rd. My car was informing me there wasn't enough air in one tyre - which could have meant a slow puncture. I called in, explained and within minutes the guys here had checked all the tyres and inflated them to the correct pressure. Luckily no puncture. No charge...yes that's right no charge and I had a free cup of tea! Did give a donation to the charity they are supporting. Well done team Kwik Fit.

Am four hours from home and Yesterday breakdown van temporarily fixed exhaust up as clamp had snapped and exhaust came off... Went to Kwik Fit this morning. Wonderful service, not only did they replace it after having one delivered especially for me, they also didn't charge me. Was so surprised especially after hearing such horror stories about Kwik fit.
