I took my car here originally to sort out my air conditioning. However, after an hour the garage phoned me and told me there was an issue. I had only bought the car a month ago and the garage had identified multiple faults with the car. They were very knowledgeable when explaining the issues to me and promised me they would fix the car so it was roadworthy. They kept their promise and after a week my car was fixed and I was on the road again. Throughout the whole process everyone was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to fix my car and I will be forever grateful. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service, highly recommended! Aircon wasn't working, so popped in and the issue was quickly diagnosed. They booked me in first thing next morning even though they were really busy. I called Plymouth Radiators as my Air Conditioning had stopped working. They were able to see me that same day (one of the hottest days of the year) to see what was wrong. I needed an AC Condenser but it was out of stock from the supplier. They promised me they would source a Condenser in a week as I needed to drive up country, they came through on that promise and fitted the Condenser at at a 7am appointment. They're committed to customer care and offer really good value considering the services they offer. Life savers in hot weather! No problems at all recommending Plymouth Radiators.

The gentleman was brilliant, got a leak in the radiator on a Honda civic 18 plate. Honda garage was going to charge £120 just to look at it, but the man found it in 2 mins. Well experience and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has an AC Issue.

We needed a front number plate at short notice for our Ukrainian Guest's small car, after some low life in Torquay stole it in daylight, whilst she had parked in a public carpark whilst attending a Job Centre course. Paul and his colleague explained all the legal requirements and documents that we had to provide, and then made us up a number plate and fitted it whilst we waited. His cost was very reasonable. Several other companies had declined to help us, saying it was too difficult. We have reported the theft to the police and have a crime reference number. One visit there, quick diagnostic with “torch which never lie”😅, quick booking for A/C compressor replacement and my car is freezing cold again🥶. Failed AC to Mini... I was recommended to try Plymouth Radiators to resolve my air con failure when my garage identified a leak ie no gas in system at all, which they were unable to fix, it needed specialists. The price was good, the components used were of top quality (he doesn't like using cheap parts that don't last)and the job was done very quickly. I was also very pleased to see that the reception area is set up with the COVID precautions in mind with perspex screens and social distancing along with the face mask request signs (I always wear mine out of respect for the staff members more than anything). Highly recommend! Superlative service: friendly, honest, prompt, courteous, and Covid-secure. Rather than simply regassing my non-functioning AC, as unscrupulous businesses might, they first checked for leaks (using UV light). They showed me the large stain from a leak in my condenser, and replaced the unit promptly while I waited. They also adhered to the latest Covid protocols for which I was grateful. Above and beyond, they brought my attention to profuse cracks in the walls of my tires that I had not noticed when I bought the car 7 months earlier, saving me a potential roadside disaster.

Having been told it was never successful unblocking an old radiator, a specialist company quoted me very nearly £10,000 to rebuild a vintage Bentley radiator. Luckily a friend passed me Plymouth Radiator's contact details. What cracking people! After looking at the job I was told, 'You don't need a rebuild, I've got just the stuff to unblock your radiator'. Within a week I had collected the rad', unblocked, cracks soldered, paintwork sprayed and the nickel casing polished to perfection. Once fitted to the car, it cooled the engine perfectly. How refreshing it is these days to find good, honest, old fashioned quality work and pride taken in doing a good job. My costs were low £100's! I cannot recommend their work and integrity highly enough. Bye the way, I'm just a customer and had never met these folks, before seeking their help. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

Took my sons Citroen in to have the air con checked. Car was booked for 3pm on Friday. He provided a full assessment and estimate before starting the work, and kept me up to date throughout as the work progressed. The weather was very warm and my Air Con wasnt working, so I called in to Plymouth Radiators to get the gas topped up. Paul came out and had a look at the problem, and then he and his mate closely examined the system under the bonnet and explained that the Compressor was broken! They were obviously very busy but Paul rearranged his programme and took my car a couple of days later and provided and fitted a new compressor and filled the Air Con with gas, called me when it was done, and everything is now fine, thankyou. Look no further than these guys for all your air con needs!! Had my air con diagnosed by a different garage as a hole in the condenser. Took them an hour and quoted me in excess of £500. Took the car to Plymouth Radiators for a second opinion - within 5 mins they had diagnosed the real defect, showed me the leak, and had the new switch on site within half hour. Repair done and system recharged and away I went - and for far less than half of the original quote!! The first garage was either totally incompetent or trying to rip me off... But Plymouth Radiators are clearly extremely honest and good at what they do!
