I spent 25 years working in aftersales in the motor trade. I've worked for the likes of Toyota, Audi, VW, and Mercedes. I wasn't sure what to expect from a small independent, but I was extremely surprised and impressed with the professionalism of the reception staff. It was on a par with the sort of customer service you usually only get from a franchised main dealer (at far greater expense!). They knew what I was talking about, kept me informed throughout, accommodated my needs, and this made the experience generally enjoyable (although getting a car fixed is never truly "enjoyable"!) I even got a courtesy car! Not an all-singing, all dancing, latest model. But a functional and wholly useable vehicle nonetheless. I've reluctantly deducted one star from my rating, simply because they weren't able to solve my worrying gearbox whine on this occasion - although they did manage to reduce it a little. I am, however, confident that they will crack it next visit! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job without the eye-watering rates of a main dealer.

I chose this garage to do an AC recharge due to their summer offer, the recharge did not work due to a fault with my vehicle but they did a diagnosis and quoted for repairs which was very professional of them, I would recommend.

Extremely efficient needed new clutch to my Nissan X-trail as it broke 2 days before going away on holiday, not only did they manage to fit new one in time, the price was very competitive.
