First time there went for car mot, failed on breakpads but they very kindly fitted my car in straight away and fitted now ones so the mot passed. Even offered me a hot drink while I waited. Great service, quick, fair priced and honest. Will return in the future.

Within a hour and a half of ringing Frank (on a Saturday morning) he had ordered a new battery for my motor home, I went to his garage and his guys had fitted it, and I was pulling up at my house, top service and fair price too, defo recommend these guys.

Frank and his team are always so helpful. Gone here for 14years and I have never had a problem. Went in and asked if icould book car in for a break pad change. Reply was it's a straightforward job we do it now, saves you coming back. That's customer service!

Iv been using this Garage for 4 years now with My mazda Bongo as I use it for sleeping in. I can't fault their work and any repairs needed for the MOT is suitably priced and they have had the work done same day ( in my instance was welding seat belt amkorage) 10/10 to these for the service they supply.

From my experience Frank and Dan and the lads have always been helpful , getting me back on the road the same day if they can . They have two mot bays and extensive workshop facilities . 5 stars .

Frank's garage (Richmond Exhausts and Brakes) is, in my experience, without equal in Plymouth. Frank himself is a lovely man, a real character of an era now lost: trustworthy, thoughtful and beyond helpful: if he cannot assist he will know another trustworthy person who can. If I get asked for my thoughts on MOT garages Frank is always my first consideration. I have had a plethora of cars and normally work on them myself and because they are sports cars I want them to function perfectly and, most importantly, safely. Because of the number of people who I have sent to this garage (and Frank has no idea that I do this), I know that people who do not understand mechanics will not be taken advantage of (because they will ask me if X or Y is necessary and it always is). To me, this is imperative in a society that has become predicated upon making a fast pound from the innocent or vulnerable. Honesty is a character trait that should be nurtured (and why we should hold persons in public office to the highest standards of honesty - because, as is obvious, they are not willing or capable in regulating themselves ;) ). I do not write many reviews but when I do they are written solely on merit, personal knowledge and because praise is due. Local businesses need our support but should only receive it because it's deserved, this garage deserves that support and my praise.

These guys are the best. Took my car for an MOT. I dropped it to them at 4pm and it was done by lunchtime the following day. Cost was very good and they even dropped the car to work for me. Will never use anyone else......These guys are the best 😊😊
