First time using this garage but clearly have an experienced team who sorted my van in a thoroughly professional manner, which is important for me as a customer. Quoted, booked in, repaired & the mechanic even explained the procedure & follow up. Having a LWB vehicle it's somewhat a struggle to find a quality garage who have the ramps & can cater for all mechanical/electrical issues. Think I have found the place at last. Many thanks 👍

Been having issues with my Skoda fabia for months. EGR valve needed to be replaced according to a local dealership. Decided to get it changed here as it was 2/3 the price of the dealership. They checked the car over and suggested that it was a wiring fault and not the EGR valve. They put me touch with a garage who specialise in wiring faults. They saved me the cost of replacing the EGR valve and actually found the cause of my car trouble. Honest and know what they doing.

RPB have been helping me with my cars ever since I was a student back in 2001. They’ve supplied many second hand parts, even a complete engine carefully loaded into my car for an engine change I had to do myself as a student. They’ve done countless MOTs for me and every time they always come up with the best solution whether that’s used or new parts without me having to ask. Their prices are very competitive and that’s because they keep their costs down in the right ways. The new workshop is good, the staff are cheerful and friendly and you’re always looked after. They save me money and they understand my ‘engineering’ philosophy with cars. Thanks RPB, best wishes to you all, long may it continue.

Bought a used car from RPB 2 months ago. Best experience I've ever had buying a used car. Ben was so helpful and kept the car for me while I sold mine. Car itself has been excellent so far and not one issue with it in 2 months. Just a shame they don't have a bigger selection to choose from but I got lucky I guess finding just what I wanted. Honest and trustworthy is more than you can say about most car sales so if you can find a car you're looking for would definitely recommend.

Had 2 alloy wheels repaired here. The day after took my car to my regular garage to be told one alloy wheel still had 2 cracks on it! I had the inconvenience of having to take the wheel back to be done properly. I wouldn't use them again. Waste of my time and money.

I'm giving three stars as the lady behind the desks customer service was actually very good, otherwise, this would read like a 2 star review. I'd called in to have a scrap shell removed to which RPB said they could do but of course they wouldn't be able to pay me out on it, fair enough as it was only semi rolling (front, no rear axle). The day came for it to be collected and I heard nothing, I rang the office and the debate was whether the tow truck could get in the car park, that's fair enough, and it was agreed that another attempt would be made.... Same thing happened again, no contact, no show and the V5 still with RPB, I only had a small window of time where I was off work to tie up loose ends with the vehicle. I had it removed no problem by some other scrap merchant in the end, which is a shame as with more communication, my experience with this firm could have been far better. EDIT : I've only just noticed the follow up, I never had any contact at all, hence the review.... If I had a call, or even a missed call/ voice mail etc then my review would be pointless, the point stands that nobody made contact with me about it pure and simple. Thanks for returning the V5 though.
