J. M.Brake caliper seized and over heated driving past so had to drop car in for emergency work. Had a quote in 30mins, work done for less than quote by next day. No complaints.
J. W.Absolutely brilliant, put the car in for a cam belt, and my air intake box had a crack in it, which I had been meaning to take care of. Without even mentioning it, or charging for it, they repaired it. No attempt to capitalise on it, they just seem to want to look after there customers. My mother bought a car from Russel Ham a few years ago, and took it in for a repair a number of years later, well outside of warranty, they noticed a brake light had gone, and replaced it, again, without charging, or trying to get "brownie points" for it, they were simply looking after there customer. Could not recommend more highly.

S. R.Suoerb,recommended. Great workmanship and polite staff . miss Gessey sold her car and did not return to garage at request of owner to sort things . She thought she was having free work hence the nasty post . The grammar in her post should just hi-light the sort of person she is . Work carried out at home was bodged, hence garage tried to put right at a minimum fee, that was her complaint that she had to pay to put right her bodged work . Did she take it further? No . Speaks for itself !!! If I had a genuine complaint I would have . The moral of the story ? Never try to genuinely help people sort their mistakes as it will bite you in the bum and you have to put up with defamatory comments which Google is allowing . Google you are crap too !!! Check facts before publishing !!!
