Car went in a few weeks ago for a clutch replacement under warranty and a service. Came back like new, they had even checked and corrected the geometry, which totally transformed the car, it used to be a handful at average speed, now it is well behaved. They also cleaned up one of the bells on the discs (which had a rust mark on). Amazing service for a busy garage, I haven't had time to thank them for the last two jobs as I didn't realise what they had done until I got home, so thanks guys for the amazing job, 10 out of 10 🥇🥇🥇🥇

Absolutely outstanding. These guys are at the cutting edge of maintaining and making parts for Lotus cars. I have been working with James and the crew here to maintain my V8 and 4cylinder Esprits for the last two years and they have been a Godsend. No exaggeration. Honest. Credible. Knowledgeable. Having recently purchased a 2009 Elise and living only a few miles from Lands End I was left with the option of traveling to Bristol for a Lotus approved main dealer or using the nearest independent which was South West Lotus Centre. I was not disappointed. I needed a hard top resprayed to match the rest of the car. James, one of the owners, proved to be a perfectionist and spent much time ensuring that the colour match was as close as possible. The final finish is as good as when the car was painted by Lotus. I have no hesitation in using them again

The array of Lotus' from older, new to the extremely unique is incredible! During the open day one of the colleagues Michael brought down James Hunt's F3 Lotus 59, which was a surreal experience! The stock of car in which they sale is out of this world too, some really gorgeous motor! I am a big fan of the work that the team do, meeting and getting to know James, who has been so welcoming, really has been so kind to me as well! As much as I am not a customer, I have met and interacted with a great number of clients that use South West Lotus Centre, they sing all their praises. All say nothing but incredible things about the team. The knowledge, huge amount of history I was told by the team shows how much the team love the Lotus brand!
