5* - Reasonable prices and kind staff. I've been taking my cars to Unifit for annual MOTs and servicing since 2015 - Unifit are accommodating of bookings and keep you in the loop by calling you with updates throughout the MOT, i.e., whether it's passed/failed, inform you of any recommended work and are quick to inform you of the prices, which are very reasonable. I found a scuff on my car which one member of staff very kindly offered to polish out for me, free of charge which I can't imagine is very common with other garages! I will continue to use Unifit and recommend them to others.

Always take my car to Unifit in Plymouth and get a good deal. Fairly priced, good value, professional. First time taking my car to there guys for an MOT and Service. All in all i was pleasantly surprised - fast and efficient service, good price for combined MOT and Full Service, they even adjusted a few items not covered in the service which was a great little bonus. The reception woman Jodie was really helpful and professional. Sufficed to say, i think i'll be taking my cars here moving forward and would recommend them to anyone, especially those unsure of local garages but looking for a reliable, affordable service. Highly recommend. I broke down on the slip road of the A38. I was on my way to collect my daughter from school. I was very upset as had been a bad day for me. A lady stopped to help me after so many drove by. She just so happened to own Unifit. She was very kind and gave me a lift to her garage, lent me a courtesy car, got my car picked up and was repaired and given to me a day later! Angel in disguise. Thank you so much Jodie xxx

I use this garage for mot and repairs. Always found them to be one of the cheapest and also they know how to communicate with customers. I believe it is run by a brother and sister, and nice to be dealing with a family business. Only one gripe, which they can’t do much about, is that when collecting my car, the parking bays at the front at at such an angle and shallow depth to the wall that I struggle to reverse out of them (but I am not a confident driver with reversing near walls generally).

No complaints on the actual MOT done on my car or the mechanics who dealt with it however the customer service I received was appalling. The receptionist is rude and unwelcoming and frankly not suited to being a receptionist at all. A smile would have gone a long way. I also over heard her on the phone to another customer and her tone of voice was just sounded uninterested. This would have been a 5 star review if the receptionist had some manners.

I have been using this garage unifit for as long as I can remember..always efficient and cost effective ..they even went out if there way once when I was in an accident to thoroughly check my car over...the receptionist is lovely and very frindly and always makes an effort to chat..all in all a top service...so if your looking for a great service that won't rip you off then this is the place...I know I won't use anywhere else .👌
