My insurers sent my vehicle here after a major accident. I am DELIGHTED with the quality of their repairs, the vehicle looks as good as new, but I am far from delighted with the time it took them to repair my vehicle, a total of 103 days. Some of that was due to a part not being available, but once they did get the part it still took them far too long to do the repairs. Their communications with me were also poor, I would often be promised a call back which did not come until much later. If you want a quality repair they will do an excellent job, but if you want a QUICK quality repair better to look elsewhere. I would give them a 5 star review for the standard of repairs but a one star review for their tardiness and failure to keep me updated.

After being involved in an accident, my insurance company sent my car to HP Panelcraft. From day 1 the service I received was excellent. They gave me a courtesy car to use whilst my car was being repaired. My car has now been repaired and I have been amazed at the quality of the work done. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but I would not hesitate in using them again. Many thanks for everything you have done for me.

Had to visit due to car reversing into mine and sort out a quote. Quote was within an hour and gave details. Visited once before for rear end work, again, after behind from behind and work done was FIRST CLASS. Staff very friendly and considerate. Thoroughly recommend for body work and are BMW approved

From the min i walked through the door had 5* treatment from reception staff to assessor to Gary who made sure i felt comfortable and confident. I was shocked having an accident and at end of a bad day made me feel at ease. Got my car in for repair super fast, as a key worker, and a courtacy car day after. When car was ready 2 weeks later was again greeted with a smile and my car came back in perfect condition. Really good service,staff and reliabilty. Definatly recommend every time.

A slightly shaky start with courtesy vehicle however, that was possibly down to handover from breakdown company to HB Panel craft. On the whole they were polite, helpful and efficient, even hoovered the car out ready to collect

They have pulled the stops out to accommodate us as we needed a courtesy car early Saturday morning. One of the managers dropped this off for us in plenty of time. I would highly recommend HB Panelcraft Ltd. They did a super repair job to my Qashqai. You can't tell where the damage repair was done. Getting the car back fully cleaned and polished plus cleaned inside was a lovely surprise. The team kept me I to date at all times.

After having a very heated discussion with Inchcape about a "known" fault on my particular model of Range Rover they advised me to ring HB for a quote to repair/replace rear spoiler. Rang and spoke to Sue (reception - who was lovely) told to take it straight away if it was convenient (which it was). Within 30 minutes I was driving away, job done and no charge. Gaz knew exactly what to do. Thank you ssssooo much guys.

I recently purchased my Mini Cooper from Bowker Mini Preston and I noticed a few paint issues on the door, roof and bumper. Bowker advised me that these were warranty issues and my car would have to go to HB Panelcraft for the rectification to be carried out. I have just got my car back today and I could not be happier with the work HB have done. The paintwork is very glossy and mirror-like. It is like a completely new car. I was constantly kept up to date with the car’s progress and nothing was too much trouble for them! Huge thank you to all involved! 😁👍🏼

Unfortunately it's a place you might visit if you've damaged your car's bodywork! But if so, this place makes it as pain-free as possible, with a well staffed reception, pleasant friendly staff and an estimate completed in very short time. Good with insurance company, too. The work on our car was very good, it looked like the damage might never have happened!

My van went in after someone had crashed into the front end and it came back looking as if the crash never happened. I did have a slight sensor issue that was missed on the initial repair but they were very accommodating when I ask them to have another look at it and were able to work around my schedule and communicated well throughout the repair. The van is now fully fixed with no issues and I’m very happy with the results.

These guys are great, They collected my car, gave me a courtesy car and then solved the paintwork issue on my car's roof. Got my BMW car back from repair which took a long time over a month to fix I then noticed after cleaning my car again that it had some orbital scuff marks on the bonnet. I took the car back and they were fine about getting it sorted on the spot. When it came back it was full of this dust and little droplets of white paint which the valeter was frantically trying to get off. When I was driving the car home I noticed lots of this dust under the bonnet so rang them back. This time they wasn’t as accommodating saying well as a good will gesture we will look at it. To sum up my car came out of the garage with more scuffs than it went in with this was proved because they make note of any marks when you originally take your car in. I Will not be going back I’m going to now pay for a professional valeter to sort my car out.

Can't really fault them for the repair. I could say it was perfect and in amazingly fast time. It was a 5 * review until i checked my dash cam and saw a valeter drive my bmw like an offroader through a rally stage.

It's rare that you get companies that take responsibility for any mistakes that they make, so I'd like to commend Hb Panelcraft for doing exactly that. The manager Paul admitted that some peeling paint on my car was in fact their fault on closer inspection. What really impressed me was that the paint job had been done a year previously by Hb Panelcraft, and perhaps some other unscrupulous garages may have denied any wrongdoing which could have taken weeks, if not months for me to sort out, but Paul took full responsibility which I really appreciated. He arranged a courtesy car which was great. He had the job 're-done perfectly in 2 days and the car brought back fully valeted, topped up with fuel, and a lovely bunch of flowers on the passenger side seat, which was a nice touch. Special mention also to John the driver and Sue the receptionist who kept me informed of developments along with Paul also. Absolutely top marks to Paul and his team at Hb Panelcraft for a fantastic job, well done!
