I've used JB Garages for about 10 years now. They've always treated me fairly - they take the time to talk over any issues. They've frequently identified work telling me it's not immediately requiring attention, but will in the future (with an expected time-frame) - helpful for budgeting. Where there have been big issues arise with a car, they've helped walk me through various solutions with pros and cons. All the people in there are extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to engage. A lot of local friends use them too. I have no difficulty in recommending them.
