The team carried out some body work on my front bumper, reasonably priced and work was carried out to a very high standard, even loaned me a car while mine was being repaired. I went to JSM following a Collison where another driver went into the back of me and caused a lot of damage. From the moment I arrived everyone was friendly and professional. The people there are super friendly and I was even provided with a curtesy car as I require my car to get to work. JSM Vehicle Solutions Ltd (Preston) is very professional and has a high standard for repairs, no job is too big or small. My locking nut key had been damaged by another company and removal of locking nuts on my vehicle was impossible. JSM staff removed my locking nuts quickly and efficiently, their labour charges were more than reasonable for the job done. I would certainly recommend JSM for all Bodyshop repairs. Went to JSM for a quote on Saturday and was informed it may change, which was fair enough due to circumstance. I was then called on Monday to be informed of a change in quote and we agreed this would still be okay to do, though I was reassured that if I wanted to go to my cheaper quote provider, this would be fine also. Was happy to use JSM and aimed to get my car booked in. However due to unexpected circumstances this could not go ahead. JSM still went above and beyond for me by calling me to keep me updated, and even provided me with a different company that can help. Even though I wasn’t yet a paying customer, I was treated way beyond expectation and nothing was too small. I like that JSM does not appear greedy and are happy to redirect if needed and encourage you to go for the cheaper option if you wish to, all in all made me feel valued as a customer and I was willing to pick JSM over my cheaper quote. Hopefully I don’t need you in the future but if I do, I know where to go!

6 stars if I could. Despite living locally to this place my whole life I only discovered it about 18 months ago. I own a small fleet of vans and every time I’ve taken them to JSM the service has been brilliant. Stuart and Jake are genuinely great guys and I’ve never felt unwanted or unattended to which can happen at other body shop places especially if they’re busy or they don’t think the job is worth doing etc. There’s even been times where I’ve been absolutely desperate for work on a van where I’ve not been able to phone and book in. I’ve taken it down in the morning and they’ve done it same day without any issues. Overall genuinely impressed with service, customer care and general attitude of the staff here.

Recently had my wheel refurbed, new tyre fitted and geo done by Jake and the guys at JSM. Seriously, these guys go the extra mile - not only did they come after they had finished worked to fit my space saver tyre and take the old wheel with them, they constantly kept me updated with the progress of the wheel as it was badly damaged, luckily it was able to be refurbed and didn't need a brand new wheel! I arrived at the garage to see my car had been washed! And all for a reasonable price considering the work they did to my fix my wheel / tyre / steering etc. Thanks guys, massively appreciated!

My 49 year old MGB needed two new wings, together with the removal of a number of dents and re-alignment of the passenger door. Stuart McDonald oversaw the work, getting involved directly in the more difficult aspects. The alignment of the new panels and colour match is excellent. Took my vehicle in to JSM after a vehicle transporter took a chunk out of my rear panel while I was parked up. Luckily a kind passer by left me a note on my windscreen with the details of the vehicle that did it. JSM handled the claim from start to finish, I didn’t have to do anything. Then the job they did to repair my vehicle was absolutely top class. You can’t even tell where it has been repaired. The staff are all a great bunch too. Stuart and team were excellent. After I’d lost an argument with a trolley park bollard in my wife’s car (eek!), the JSM team carried out a flawless repair on both doors of a VW Tiguan. Even though the job turned out to be more difficult, as the doors are double skinned, they delivered on time and my wife no longer wants to kill me (for the doors at least). Great work guys and would highly recommend.

I had pulled the front side of my weather shield off and arch wheel liner which Jake had identified when I first visited. The guys at JSM are really capable and accomplished people. Most other body shops would have walked away from the challenge I presented them with. It was an abused, badly dented and twisted bonnet of a vintage tractor. Without any reference to the tractor itself they squared it, bashed the dents out, filled it and painted it. What you have with this company is ultimate professionals with in the the Auto body repair sector a 24 carrott gold 5 star service for Preston and the North West. If you want mend and make do job this is not the place for you. oh no However if you want perfection to your repairs let Stewart, Catherine and there team of craftsmen sort it for you. from my point of view I'm confined to a wheelchair and my car's adapted with hand controls and i have a roof box that hoist my chair up giveing me independence. it hard for anyone who has been involved in a accident although I was provided by my insurance company with a courtesy car it wasn't mine. however Stewart and Catherine got me back on the road with the skoda looking good what a job. gone back today Friday 8th August 2020 as someone tried breaking into my car Stewart's sorting it for me. thanks JSM the best in the Northwest

Initially I felt embarrassed about needing to get them to do this for me, but on arrival Stuart and one of his guys were very friendly & helpful & got straight to work sorting things out for me.. It turned out to be a trickier job that we all expected, but they sorted everything out for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results or the service that they provided.. With the above in mind, I would certainly use them again in the future, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody that needed work doing on their vehicle.

The process from start to finish with JSM was excellent. I had recently acquired a used vehicle which had numerous stone chips on the bonnet, bumper and wings from motorway miles. After deciding to get the vehicle refreshed and doing research of bodyshops in the area, I contacted JSM after hearing the excellent reputation of Stuart McDonald. At every stage it was efficient yet informative with explanation given when appropriate. Chris estimated the work and was honest and upfront. Showing good knowledge of what they could offer, a rough quote and lead time, and optional services which would further enhance and protect the car. In this regard it was a multi stage polish of the entire car and a ceramic coating. Showing examples of previous work. On bringing the car in for the work Stuart went through the job to make sure everything was understood, and explained the stages of the work and the equipment that they utilise to give the best results. Chris had already explained that they have an oven to bake the paint which ensures a good cure for durability. The team clearly know what they are doing and have the experience to back it up. I was also provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the work which was extremely helpful. The main thing is obviously that the end result is as hoped and on that front it far exceeded my expectation. The car looks amazing and back to it's former glory. The work was done to the time estimated during a busy period. What I liked about the business is it had a small family feel, all staff members I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful, delivering results that would challenge any bodyshop in the region. All at a competitive price. Thank you for the brilliant work performed on my vehicle.

From the second I walked in the staff at JSM were very friendly and welcoming eager to assist. I had an issue with my tyres and they got me seen to immediately.
