B. Y.Ooops I delivered here and accidentally took out the gate. Sorry guys they wer so nice about it I no longer have to hang my head in shame. Hailey who unloads my goods is proper down to earth professional and a pleasure to know. (don't place ur pallets over ur wheels) it causes them hassle as there fork lift is pants.
C.Amazing service, phoned up in the morning and Michelle helped me make sure I ordered the correct part I needed.
Parts arrived by mid day the next day.
That's how customer service should be done.

L.We deal with merlin a lot went for filters this mornin air filter box torn & grubby filter inside radial seal marked with dirty finger prints grease inside inner seal cleaned it off myself asked if filter could be wiped over. counter staff asked supervisor who replied buy it as it is or leave it on counter 😕.
