They saved my holiday! Had a bump to the back of the caravan - it'll need sorting in due course but I thought my caravan was okay to tow - until I discovered a problem with the lights that meant it wasn't roadworthy - hence possible holiday cancellation. They were really helpful, the engineer in particular fixing the lights and explaining what was what. Really impressed with the professional service and good customer care.

Excellent recent bodywork repair to our caravan. We have had our van repaired and serviced here for three years + with the best possible result. Found a faulty gas hose and damaged tyres I wasn't aware of. Staff are friendly, efficient and professional.

MCR carried out a repair to a delaminated floor section in my caravan. I heartily recommend them. The repair was carried out to a high standard and on time. The caravan was cleaned before they handed it back to me, and they had even repaired a defective window blind in addition to the original work scope. Excellent service which exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful - many thanks to Andrew, Paul, Emily and the whole team for their excellent service.

Extremely happy with work carried out by this company. Only delay was waiting for necessary parts to to arrive from Swift. Once they were received the repairs were completed within the timescale agreed and the caravan valeted before its return. I took my caravan to MCR for a damp inspection. After the inspection I was informed it can take upto 10 days for the warranty to be processed. The gentleman who dealt with me and my husband was very helpful and informative and I already felt reassured it was going to be in safe hands. 4 days went by and i recieved the phone call to book my 2nd home in and the lady on the phone explained how they are extremely busy in the run up to Easter but are confident they could get me in before my easter holidays. I Dropped off a week ago and collected this Saturday and we are over the moon with the work that's been carried out. Nothing was to much trouble and was happy to carry out a few extra niggly jobs for a very reasonable price! I for one will be using this fantastic company again! Thank you to the whole team.

The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Having towed caravans for 48 years without incident, you can possibly imagine how sick I felt when I reversed my van into a hanging basket bracket on my own drive leaving my caravan with a rather nasty hole in the bodywork. Anyway, no use crying over spilt milk, I contacted MCR Preston. I was extremely happy with the service received, from the initial contact through to picking up my caravan. Emily managed to get the caravan booked in quickly based on the fact that it did not require parts. The initial estimate for the repair was based on photos I sent of the damage. I was pleased therefore to receive the final invoice for considerably less, as the job wasn't as big as initially thought. (This also included an additional minor repair that I contacted them about whilst in workshop). YES, I could have got the work done cheaper but I decided to go to MCR based on reputation, recommendation, reviews, professionalism and the good workshop/facilities to carry out the work. I feel that having bought and invested a lot of money into my caravan I should invest in keeping it in good condition. MCR have helped me do this. Thank you. Hopefully I won't be seeing you too soon, but if needs must, I will be coming to you.

I have just collected my motorhome from Motorhome and Caravan Repairs Ltd, after completion of some warranty works, I am so impressed by the whole experience of dealing with this company, I felt it only fair to relate my experiences so that potential clients could rely on client information. The assessment and submission of the warranty claim was carried out by Paul in an absolutely professional manner. I was kept informed of the progress of the claim, by the reception staff, Angela, Louie and Andrew, who also arranged appointments for the assessment and work to be carried out to fit my timetable, they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout.
