Eddie and his team have painstakingly diagnosed a problem which was so obscure in my car! Then they repaired it in time for me to go to work which was fab, as a single mum I really needed to get there and earn! He really cares and is a very honest and compassionate mechanic. Cannot recommend Karcare enough!!

I had our Minibuses booked for the MOTs and have to say I am so pleased to use Karcare, wouldn't go anywhere else, absolutely first class service and help from Eddie and Trevor. I've been taking my car to KarCare every year for its MOT for over 8 years. Whenever I go, I get the same high standards of service, honesty and reliability. On this last occasion, I also had a problem with my car boot. There was a broken piece which would have costed a lot to have completely replaced. Kieran went the extra mile to have it repaired. His work was excellent, he and the team work with consistently high standards. I thoroughly recommend them for their professionalism, quality work, and excellent value.

No messing and straight to the point just the way I like it. Very professional and only using the best parts for your car. If they find anything unexpected they will call you to notify and ask you if you want to proceed giving you different options. Their linkage diagnosis system that they use on your car is the best I have seen. The price you pay for a well done job at the end of the day is cheaper than anywhere I have been and never had to go back because it is double checked before you drive your car away.

Trevor and Eddie were excellent at Karcare. These guys were thorough, friendly and went out of their ways to help me. I was in a pickle as i had clutch issues from the garage I went to before, sorry MS Autos but it needs to be said, who fixed the clutch cylinder which fell apart 6 months later. Went back to MS Autos who said, I need a new clutch with over £300 bill. I was shocked after 10 second analysis. Very disappointed considering I have been before as an existing customer. So I walked across to Karcare and met Eddie who went out of his way, organised a drop off back to my work and kept me up to date with the issues on my car. Fixed my clutch, repaired the slave cylinder and few other bits too, which dropped my bill to quarter of the price. And even then dropped it off back to my work!! Got me out of a big hole and definitely appreciate the Eddie and Trevor for all your help. Definitely recommend these guys!!!

Fantastic 5***** service from the guys at Karcare. Karcare were one of the BRC (Breakdown Repair Cover) garages recommended by AA breakdown recovery team, and I can see why. If you're looking for honest, reliable, professional and trustworthy car mechanics in the Reading area, look no further. Not only did Edward & Kieran exceed all expectations in working to get my car back on the road as soon as possible, Kieran also very kindly ensured it was sparkling clean before I drove away too! Trevor in Reception was super helpful and also offered a fantastic customer experience, exceeding all my expectations in terms of ensuring I was kept fully informed & up to speed regarding the works to my car. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor arrived on time to pick up my car and and Eddie carried out a Diagnostic check and quickly found the problem. He assured me that he would search for a replacement part for my car a.s.a.p. I would definately recommend KARCARE to anyone
