Excellent, friendly and very helpful when 3 other local services refused me this morning, this guy came and helped straight away. Talks straight to the point, discussing any options for consideration with honesty, pointing at additional costs each would generate, so helped me choose what’s the best and also priced his service cheaper than the others.

I recently abruptly broke down on the M40 after my alternator cut out. As I don't live in the UK anymore, I'm not a member of the AA or RAC; however, both those companies supposedly offer emergency pickup to non-members on their websites. Yet when I called them, both said they don't offer it and refused to help me. At a distressing time when I was let down badly by both the AA and RAC, Knights Auto Recovery was an absolute godsend. They drove a long way to come and collect me, then towed me to a garage at my destination of High Wycombe, where my car was subsequently fixed within a couple of days. While the service was a little on the pricey side, I am very grateful to Knights for coming to my aid at such a difficult time, and I absolutely commend their professionalism. Thank you Knights!

After breaking down my husband was stuck in Reading unable to get home. He phoned Knights and they were with him within half an hour and got him and his car home within an hour. My car was broken in to whilst I was at work so I needed a towing company after 7. I called Knights and they came within 30 minutes of my call. It was cheaper than the other towing companies I called. The guy that came was really nice. I was really shaken up and he was very professional and empathetic. I would recommend them 100%.
