We were just off on holiday when the warning light came on informing us that the tyre pressures were low. It was clear we had a puncture. As luck would have it, we were opposite Kwik Fit in Rose Kiln Lane. The team there were fantastic and mended the puncture in super quick time while we waited in the clean and well appointed customer area. Cannot recommend too highly. Great service.

I had a very good experience at this Kwik Fit center, I had my car fixed because there was a weird noise coming from the wheel while turning. Turned out it was just a loose plate behind the braking system, but they found the problem and fixed it very quickly and also the staff was kind and friendly. I recommend them, very trustworthy!

I had contacted a local garage about a slowly deflating tyre which I couldn’t inflate using an air pump at several local petrol stations. The garage told me it was a TPMS valve but they couldn’t fix it for some reason which I thought was a bit strange and they suggested I go to a Main Mercedes dealer. Mercedes quoted me £200 so I contacted Kwikfit Rose Kiln Lane and spoke to Amy. She booked me in for a tyre check the next day. They ruled out a slow puncture and confirmed the issue was the valve. They diagnosed and fitted it all over lunchtime. The charge? Nothing. Unbelievable! Thoroughly professional job, speedy, great service, valve replaced, no issues and I can now pump it up at the petrol station. Amy and the technicians were brilliant. So helpful. Will be back.

Unfortunately, I had a puncture while visiting Reading for a very important appointment. Alex, who was on the front desk, was extremely helpful and the team fixed it and got me back on the road in less than half an hour.

Service was friendly, and they diagnosed an alignment problem causing abnormal tyre wear, which they corrected by doing a full wheel alignment. However they returned the car with pressures far too high in the two tyres they installed. Instead of the recommended 2.4 bar, one tyre was 3.2 bar and the other one 2.8 bar.

Whilst visiting family in Reading we had a problem with a nail in the tyre. Our first call was to Kwik fit Shinfield where unfortunately the man there couldnt fix it , do to lack of staff resources, but he phoned Kwik Fit at Rose kiln lane and made arrangement for us to go there. On arriving at Kwik Fit Ashley Adams was there waiting for us. He quickly assured us he could deal with the tyre and to come back in half hour. As we dont know Reading he even pointed us in the direction of somewhere to get breakfast and coffee! on returning the tyre had been repaired as promised and we could safely return to Devon. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend this branch of Kwik Fit and the staff.

I recently visited this centre on a Sunday afternoon. I had driven to London from Swansea with my daughter and we had noticed a noise coming from the front of my car. When driving home we pulled into Reading Service Station and phoned Kwik Fit, Rose Kiln Lane, to see if they could take a look. The two lovely gentleman who were working there not only fitted us in, but they were able to rectify the issue. I'd had a new tyre fitted a few days before (not by Kwik Fit) and the mechanics had forgotten to put all the bolts back in my wheel. My wheel was about to come off and, if I had headed down the motorway, as planned, my daughter and I could have been seriously hurt (or worse), so we are very grateful that Kwik Fit could fit us in. They were also very kind and understanding, which made the situation much more bearable.

Twice recently I have needed to make use of the free check services that Kwik Fit provides. Online booking was simple. First time I had a faulty tyre valve which was repaired at no cost, and second time there was an issue with a dented exhaust heat shield - which was also repaired at no cost. Booked at Kwik Fit on line, but when I got there for 10:30 appointment only to be told no GAS to regas my car AC. Call to customer service, it took about half an hour to get through, not happy!! Got through to rearrange appointment for another branch at 12:00, got there, they were having computer trouble, they could not print my receipt, still awaiting for it. Regas done. Not very well equipped, I felt sorryfor the person who was dealing with job. Positive Regas done!! As a young female driver, I am always nervous about when my car needs repair or an MOT, especially as I don't always understand the techy terms. The staff there are beyond friendly yet professional, they take the time to explain your works in plain english so you understand, when i was waiting nervously in the waiting room, tatiana took the time to make small talk and make me feel relaxed. When my other half was in a car accident in morrison car park (he was reversed into), Darren the manager calmed us down, put the car on the ramp and looked it over to make sure it was safe. He again explained it in plain english terms, no sales talk to push us for repair, although we did end up getting repairs from them on numerous occasions due to friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Chris's tyre knowledge is next to none! Fabio is a great laugh, and very good at his job. Jerry always makes sure my car is safe for its MOT and firmly advises what is safe/not safe on my car. This centre is an asset to the kwik fit name and franchise and you will not be disappointed if you go here, especially as a lonesome female. You will not be treated better anywhere else!

Sunday 5th April My husband and I were on the way to the airport when we had a flat tyre. We rang the Kwik Fit in Rose Hill Lane. They directed us in off the motorway. When we arrived they had our tyres ready. Everyone who was available helped to speed up the process. We needed two new tyres, they switched all our tyres around - the staff were wonderful. Very efficient friendly and competent at their jobs. I couldn't praise them enough - thanks to Kwik Fit we made our flight! I would definitely recommend them/ use the service again. The MOT was everything that one hopes an MOT for a 15 year old expiring car should be. It passed with only a warning that there was oil seeping out of the Oil filter. I dropped the car in Early and picked it up in the evening as expected. I did want a restricted spring service done at same time but central booking desk failed to book it, so I have to go back for an oil change and for fluids and wear tests etc. This might have been confusion as I wanted a mid-March booking but only early March were available, and she got bogged down finding a convenient date for me.

Today on my trip to the shops I managed to get a screw in my tyre. As it turns out the this Kwik Fit center was round the corner so I decided to pop in there to get this fixed. I thought with out an appointment I wouldnt be able to sort this out but the staff were amazing and the tyre was fixed in about 20min. Highly recommend this place. I have used them before as well. This was just a cherry on the cake!
