I dropped in out of the blue with a faulty bonnet catch at 8am half way through a long drive. They had me on my way in 10 mins and wouldn't charge me. Thanks again guys.

Super helpful garage. I turned up without an appointment one morning because I was having problems with my car. Brian and his team looked at it and within 10 minutes it was fixed. Can't thank these guys enough for their kindness. Our car broke down, was towed to their garage (not our normal garage) and we couldn't afford to fix it. They allowed us to leave the car there until someone bought it off us for parts, and did a diagnostic on it without charging us. Great honest guys.

I cannot rate the service I got highly enough. My car broke down and the guys quickly diagnosed the fault, ordered the part, fitted, put back together and tested by the next day. If I'd had gone to a main dealer, my car would have been off the road for 4 days. Safe to say I'll be taking my car to LD for any repairs in future. Good honest garage with great staff. My BMW was dropped off here after it broke down. I was a little worried because I didn't know the garage and I generally don't trust garages but these guys were excellent! I needn't have worried. The garage were honest and open every step of the way and fixed my car quicker than I would have expected. I highly recommend this garage. Great team, great guys.

I can not rate highly enough Brian (Director) and his Dedicated Staff enough, not forgetting his Mrs, Liz, who lies low in the background and does all the admin/teas/coffees etc etc. If one wants a fantastic job done on one's auto, without breaking the bank, just go to LD Garage. If he can't do your job, he will let you know, so pragmatic but very affable and excellent customer service. Just a great Team. Kudos, Fellas!!! 184% Recommended. These guys took on a pretty unglamorous piece of work when no one else would, including their neighbours. The welder (sorry, didn't get his name) truly went above and beyond to enable me to get the repair done faster than I possibly have expected to. Great price for the work undertaken.

Very quick turnaround. BMW parts were obtained quickly and they had kept the offending items to show me - what was a horrible corroded mess. I was pleased to be offered the opportunity to peek under the car. When I arrived for delivery there she was waiting in the car park but they insisted on putting the car back up onto the ramp. Fascinating. The price came in lower than expected too. In the round, the level of service was quite unexpected. Top marks.

Great service and repair work carried out, as well as MOT. I dropped the car off, and was notified promptly of any additional work required, with a full breakdown of costs. Despite needing extra repair work, the total was very good value.

I had the misfortune of breaking down on my way into Reading one day. There was a strange noise coming from my rear offside wheel and it literally felt like it was going come off. I managed to crawl the car to LD Garage Services as they were the nearest garage to me, I had no idea who they were or if they were any good. It turned out to be wheel bearing issue which also had the knock on effect of burning out my ABS sensor. The owner Brian and his team quickly ascertained the problem and being as this was on a Friday afternoon, they said they can have it fixed and good to go the following Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday). True to their word, they sorted my car out on that Tuesday and I was good to go. Unfortunately, the following month, the problem came back again so I went back to LD Garages to find out what was going on and after their quick investigation, they told me that the bearings had now gone on the rear nearside wheel. This also burned out the new ABS sensor so once again the guys at LD had to replace another set of bearings and the ABS sensor again. All was good until a little while later I had a random spin out on a roundabout and crashed my car through the barrier of that roundabout. I got the car towed home by the AA and they did a diagnostic scan of the car codes which told them that the likely cause of the spin out was a fault with the ABS sensor. I went back to LD and told them what was said and asked them to investigate this. To their credit they sent a recovery vehicle to collect my car (my car was in Basingstoke) and they then ran their own checks. Things turned a little bit sour because the owner Brian didn't believe that my accident had anything to do with the ABS sensor and therefore he felt I should pay for the recovery, I disagreed and as a good gesture I only paid part of the recovery and took my car away a little disgruntled. Shortly after this time I noticed that my car was slipping during turns and this was getting more and more regular. I had this investigated by a different garage and they discovered that the centre bolt of my offside front wheel was somehow loose and I realised that was the problem the whole time. I knew I owed Brian and his team an apology so I visited them again and explained what I now knew, apologised, and offered to pay the recovery. Brian accepted my apology and waived the recovery fee! This was a very long review, I know, but I wanted to express my gratitude to Brian and his team and to say I highly recommend them to anyone that has an issue with their car. A top team of people. When you guys at LD read this, I just want to say thank you again!

Can't thank Brian and his team enough for a great job - I was told by a Vauxhall dealership that I needed a new steering rack due to constant knocking under the front of car at a cost of £800.00 - took it to LD Garage for a second opinion after reading great reviews on their website and it turned out it wasn't the steering rack - issue identified and repaired at a quarter of the price!! It's a pleasure to drive now feels like a new car - thank you
