H. L. M.Just want to say a great big thankyou to Richard and his team at Motrocfific.
We had an important appointment 100 miles away the next day, but due to the problame with our car the prospects of going to this appointment looked very bleak.
The car was smoking, over heating and leaking fumes into the car through the air vents.
We went to Motorrific without prior appointment quite late in the day hoping that we might get a bit of help or advice, but instead Richard went out his way to make sure the problam wasn't just diagnosed but was also fixed right there and then.
I've honestly never had such a good experience with a mechanic.
Richard talked us through everything he was doing, showed us where the problames were coming from and managed to sort them out without any complications or fuss.
This may have been just another job for these guys, but for myself and my wife, having this problame sorted out so quickly and so efficiently was a life saver.
Richard and the guys were very friendly, very profesinal, and for the first time in 20 years I've finaly found a mechanic who hasn't made me feel like I'm stupid or waisting there time, or that I'm being taken advantage of over the price.

P.What an absolute fantastic bunch, after a garage further down the road let my mate down by not looking at his broken down van for Four Weeks, we tried our look here, not only did they pick it up for free they had the van fixed, fully serviced and M.O.T within two days, and all done at a really reasonable price, needles to say they now have his annual m.o.t and service business on our vehicles
D. A.Well they fixed my van, could have been better at keeping me in the loop. It seamed to take a lot longer than expected. Partly this was due to the part taking a while to source. But seamed knowledgeable and were friendly and helpful.
