Another great experience with these guys. Timing belt changed, and I had also requested they 'check-over' the car as I'm planning a long trip. They performed a fully comprehensive check (much more than I'd expected) as a courtesy for me as a frequent customer, which was lovely to know; that customer loyalty is rewarded (which is something many businesses unfortunately don't understand the importance of). They never recommend any work unless it's necessary and explain things really well to give you a good idea of what's needed and when. Very pleased. Thanks NK Autos!

Fantastic service 👏 I had a very noisey drop link on my c4 picasso and I popped in on a Friday evening after work but they where fully booked until the Monday the gentleman said bring it at 9am tomorrow (Saturday) and I will see what we can do by lunch time I had a call to say all done couldn't be happier with the work and service I received would recommend thank you

The guys at NK motors saved me thousands pointing out some major issues with a car I'd just bought. I took it back to the dealer, who had to fix them for free. The engine had a major oil leak and the exhaust was blowing gas, even though I'd only drive 2000 miles since I bought the car. If it wasn't for their professionalism and integrity it would have cost me a fortune. I've never going anywhere else for an MOT again.

I went in requesting a diagnostic check after the engine light appeared on my dash a few days ago. After explaining that I was an emergency care provider facing a long commute to work during lock down, they fitted me in despite being busy. Their kindness and professionalism were first class. They explained what the problem was, sorted the issue, and provided reassurance. On top of this they very kindly did not charge for the service provided today. During my time in the waiting area, I could see their professional and courteous approach being extended to other customers. I feel reassured to know that there is a local garage that I know I can trust for future car troubles, and have no hesitation in recommending this business.

I have been going to this garage for years and so far they have not disappointed. They are thorough, friendly and professional and never take opportunities to make money, where other mechanics might - they suggest repairs where applicable but always tell me where it may be more cost effective for me to wait (most mechanics would try and convince you to repair or replace even if not entirely necessary). On one occasion, when asking if my timing belt required replacing the mechanic actually took a video of the belt in the engine and sent it to me, and pointed out indicators of wear. On several occasions, where no fault has been found they have even not charged me despite having conducted a thorough investigation. They have a good appreciation of customer loyalty and are honest!

Went to them without an appointment as my car seat on my astra convertible had become stuck in the forward position. I was immediately taken in by their warm welcome and their professionalism. l left my car with them and they said they would look at the problem and call me with a price for the job. After about half and hour, I got a call telling me that the job was a simple fix that would cost me £35. For me, I've now found a place that I'm always going to go to whenever I have car issues. Fantastic service.

Amazing service and incredibly reasonable pricing! I have had two great experiences here; the first being when a side bumper had popped off my car and they repaired it for me for free. The second they were able to deliver a large brake job for £200 less than another local garage. I never caught her name but a really lovely women spoke to me on the phone (Friday 07-Feb around midday) and she couldn't have been more helpful!
