I was referred to PSM by another garage when looking for help with an automatic gearbox issue and am so glad I was. Shabz and his team could not have done more to look after me, and got me back on the road within a couple of days and for a very good price. Customer service was brilliant, Shabz treated me as a friend and went out of his way to come pick up a part unrelated to my initial issue that I had planned on fitting myself, so I could get all the work done at the same time whilst the car was off the road. The labour rates are very reasonable, and the guys in the workshop clearly know their stuff. It was refreshing to deal with someone as passionate as I am about cars. Not only will I be bringing my cars back here in the future, I will be singing PSMs praises to my other enthusiast friends as you literally could not ask for more from a garage! Thank you PSM

The name says it all. Prestige service from beginning to the end and that is not only related to the work carried out on the car. The service from the minute you speak to the owner (Shuaib) all the way through to collection is rare to receive from a car garage these days. Usually you are just another car but he treats each car as if it was his own and you can guarantee the work will be carried out to the highest quality. The mechanics here are brilliant. To top it off a complementary wash and a car feeling brand new again! Highly recommend for all your car needs

Professional and attention to detail are the first two thing I experienced entering into PSM. I gave my car in for a health check, the mechanics did a full and thorough health check, mentioned to me where there were faults with my car and advised me as to what action to take. Thank you so much to VOCO HOTEL staff in Reading for recommending this company, I stayed there with my children on a short break. My car had to be immediately fixed before we went home, if not we would have broken down. We came straight from the hotel to PRESTIGE SERVICES & MAINTENANCE. They found the problem and sorted it out very quickly, if they didn't we wouldn't have been able to go home and most probably would need to be towed away. We got home safely. The customer service was also very kind. Thank you for delicious coffee and cookies. I really recommend this place.

I really like this family-owned business. I know when I go in that I will get a fair service and fair treatment. My truck needed a new timing belt, our old local garage had sold up, so I was looking for somewhere new. Spotted these guys and had a punt. Very pleasant experience. The repair was done quickly, they communicated well, and the cost was significantly lower than I expected and what we had discussed. More recently, the clutch went on our Citroen, and they attempted a very low-cost tuning before suggesting we go for the full repair. While certainly not a small repair, the cost was utterly fair. They also dropped me off back home as a courtesy when I limped the car in. And when I picked it up they had given it a full valet service. I have met the owner and his sons who are extremely nice guys. I have never had anything but friendly service from them, their mechanics (the lead mechanic is a magician, BTW), their drivers and even the guy who valets the cars. These are my new "local" and they can consider me now a loyal customer.

Visited PSM last week and received the best customer service I’ve ever received in any garage I’ve been to. They identified the problem and fixed it all in a short space of time which I was highly impressed by. They made sure I knew exactly what was being done with my vehicle and delivered within the time they promised. Although it’s not local to me I am more than willing to drive a little further for their services. The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming and their strong work ethic was shown through the pride and enthusiasm they put into the work. Definitely found my go-to garage.
