Sharon was very good at communicating, lovely lady. I had to replace the door for my partner’s vehicle and they replaced the door in short period of time(4 days) but it had a problem with the mirror as it was not tilting inwards as it used to. I felt a bit down as I was advised to replace the whole mirror(not by Sharon) without even looking what the actual problem was. But there was Jimmy, an awesome guy who cared about his costumer and he is all about making them happy. He was quick to analyse the problem and he checked it. He found it was the connection between wires and it was an easy fix. Jimmy The Great.

The company is a genius, they gave me fantastic advice, and performed a fantastic job for 10% off the price of all other quotes. UPDATE-- I would recommend these guys for whatever services they offer, upon quotation, I accepted immediately and they told me I was a fool not to get competitive quotes, in all honestly, I didn't have time, and as it turns out these guys performed a perfect job. Look at the photos, they do not do it justice.

Initially emailed with an enquiry about bumper repairs and was contacted straight away. The person I spoke with, Steve, who carried out the repair was so attentive. He offered first class customer service and advised me about what I needed. He kindly allowed me to order parts to him and charged a reasonable price to fit them. I felt like I was in safe hands and the work went ahead without a glitch. Overall, very organised, efficient family run business that clearly care about customers and go out of their way.

I can't even describe how happy I was to find Sunnyside autos, after being given an eye watering quote that by someone else, which was basically the price of a new car, I took it in to see Melvyn who quoted me a third of the price. He did an absolutely fantastic job and my car now looks as good as new! Everyone who works there is extremely polite and friendly, I really can't recommend highly enough!

Absolutely fantastic service which I'd definitely use again. After getting three quotes, I decided to use Sunnyside to replace a rear door and repair serious scratches/dents from my Audi. First came across Sunnyside Autos when looking for quotes to repair a scrape down side of my car earlier this year. Unfortunately I ended up using another garage (our insurer said we had to use them - we now understand you can use the repairer of your choice). Shortly after it was repaired, we had another scrape! (Fortunately, my husband's fault this time!) This time we went to Sunnyside, and were pleased with the price quoted, so got them to do the second repair. Just before we took the car in we noticed lots of little snags from the first repair (and some not so little - like not re-fitting the rear seat belt anchor points! We don't often have passengers in the back, so hadn't spotted this omission at first). Mentioned it to Melvyn when we dropped the car off and he said: leave it to me. On completion of the second repair he had sorted out 9 snags from first repair! What's more, he wouldn't accept a penny more than the quote he'd given us for doing the extra work. Tried to insist he took some payment for the extra work, but he just wouldn't! Very pleased with the quality of the repair work, and absolutely delighted to find someone honest and pleasant to deal with. If/when we have our next accident, I know where we'll be going first.....

I've just picked up my BMW from Sunnyside and I am extremely pleased with the work done. Best mechanics. After someone went into the back of me on a roundabout, they did a look and quote which helped my fight my insurers. They work they did was perfect but they are also so kind and friendly - I don’t know much about cars but I felt really looked after. Satisfied with the service. Melvyn gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. It was for some chipped paint work after a small accident. Nothing major. Melvyn's quote was the lowest in comparison with a few other places in Reading. Some companies quoted double the price and went on talking about elaborate methods of painting. Sunnyside repaired the car within two working days. No complicated discussions with extra costs. Straight to the point. Neat job. No complaints. Thanks Melvyn!

Great work from Melvyn and his team. Very friendly service and a flawless finish on the repair. I had only a thumb sized indent on my my rear bumper but the team took the time two respray the entire bumper repairing all other small nicks in the process within the agreed quote. I really am very lucky to have come across this wonderful company. After having read their reviews I decided to visit them, to seek a quote. Their honest and kind nature was immediately noted and I was offered a quote almost 50% cheaper than several other places. One thing that really stood out for me was the sense of honesty and integrity that Sunnyside Autos runs by. Melvyn and his partner have been running this company for over 25 years and their excellence and efficiency truly stands out. The company adopts a no pressured approach and words cannot do enough justice as to how impressed I am with this whole experience. I was encouraged to seek other quotes all of which were at least 50% more expensive. It’s clear that bodyworks and car repairs truly are Melvyn’s passion. He spent time on my car and finished the job to an immaculate standard. The panel looked brand new despite a nasty dent and a significant amount of scratches. Again just to reiterate the standard to which this job was done, is truly amazing. The car came out of Sunnyside Autos looking brand new. Being a car enthusiast, I truly am impressed as to the level and standard of work that was performed. I am someone who has never posted a review before. Visited Sunnyside Autos on recommendation from my local garage. My whole front bumper had been torn off when reversing over a brick and I was worried that it would be an expensive repair/replacement. Melvyn was incredibly helpful and advised against an expensive repair or replacement due to the age and value of the car, and was able to reattach and make secure the bumper and leave it looking as good as new in minutes. You hear a lot of anecdotes about dishonest mechanics racking up big bills with unnecessary repairs but Sunnyside were the complete opposite to this - friendly, honest and helpful throughout! The experience with SunnySide, from start to finish, was impeccable! Melvyn and the team were exceptional starting with the quote all the way to delivering an awesome job, and most importantly.... on time. The car came back more shiny than it was in the showroom. My KIA Had a few dents and scratches on the passenger side, a cracked and scuffed front bumper, and a few scratches on the wing mirrors. All were taken care of to perfection. The paint was so smooth and glossy. They even sorted my driver door, which kept getting caught thanks to a poorly repair by a another body shop previously, for free. Couldn't recommend Sunnyside enough. I am a new driver and only purchased my car in September. I was involved in a hit and run and was left with scratches in my rear bumper. Sunnnyside was recommended to me and immediately after being hit I went to Sunnyside, albeit slightly stressed. I met Justin and he helped calm me down. He was courteous and kind in his approach and immediately made me feel at ease. He took a look at the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote there and then. Work was done in less than half a day and you wouldn't even tell my car had been hit. Impeccable service and would absolutely recommend to anybody, their work is incredible. I shall be using Sunnyside and be asking for Justin in the foreseeable future.
