Great service from a knowledgeable team. My MOT was carried out in less than 2 hours...which included repair to my handbrake and replacing a side bulb. Very reasonable prices. UPDATE: Today (6th June 2018) I received a phone call from the Southampton police, stating that my car registration, was flagged to a black Volvo S40, registered in Liverpool? My car is the Volvo S80 in grey/green. I took my car back to BCL Autocentre and they confirmed that they had spoken to the police. Eventually the team...after checking registration plate, chassis number and double checking the DVLA website...performed ANOTHER MOT and gave me a clean bill of health...well not me...the Volvo!!! Highly impressed by the service from both BCL and the Police. UPDATE: 08/12/2020. Took my car in for its MOT and was told it had failed the test. They explained the advisories and offered me several options. But in the end, I accepted their quote and decided to have all remedial and urgent work carried out. My car was ready in under 24 hours. Brilliant work from a great team. Peace of mind and hopefully a few years of trouble free motoring...all for less than £500!!! Highly trusted and highly recommended.

Had given my car for annual service + MOT, through BookMyGarage. The work was really good at a very reasonable price for me. 2 points where I had a glitch - the lady called me to inform about change in appointment date, i was okay with their suggested date. She asked me to come over by 7am and promised they will be open. But they opened 30minutes late than the promised time - so i had to wait 30min. Next point is about courtesy car. It was agreed available while booking, but when went to drop the car, courtesy car wasn't available. Nothing to complain about their work really. It was good.

Fast and reliable service - I've recently moved to the area and I was looking for "a dependable garage" and 100% found it now! MOT and Service done just the other day. Lots of little extras as well - e.g. put my wheel nut in a little hi vis bag so it won't get lost!

Been here for my MOT 3 years in a row as it is well located to drop off near my work. I got the first MOT at a discount through Groupon which was very easy. The second year a gearbox connection cable snapped the day before I was booked in and they were able to fit in repairs on the same day as my MOT. I had to wait a couple of days for parts to be ordered in but this wasn't too much of an issue. It wasn't tremendously cheap but fixes like that rarely are. Just had my third MOT with them and it passed and only cost £30. The woman on reception is very friendly and helps to fit drop off/ pick up times around your schedule. Overall great experience.

I have used BCL a number of years now for servicing, mots and repairs. The pricing is always very competitive and fair. I have recommended them to all my family and now most of them get their cars looked after by BCL on a regular basis. Every family member feels they can trust the team at BCL. I was let down by another garage who double booked my appointment but the legends at BCL managed to get me in for an MOT and full service the next day. Great work, nice customer service and it was an absolute bargain too. Will definitely be using from now on (hopefully just a yearly thing though!)

In response to the review from Czosnek Czosnen.... you have not been to our garage and you have not had shocks or one shock fitted by us...... your totally correct you would always be advised to replace both shocks... but this would be up to the vehicle owner.... had you come to us as a garage we would of told you this!!!! Thanks for the one star review whoever you are... perhaps you can give it to the correct garage!!!

In response to the " Ash" review - this is not what happened at all, you had purchased a Groupon voucher, which had done more than once, it clearly stated on the voucher that this is for NEW CUSTOM ONLY, when you were told you could not use this again you seemed upset by this, you actually told " the owner" , not the lady on the desk, that you would be down to see her at the garage to which she replied "no problem come and see her" We have been here for over 40 years, we have a good solid customer base and its our right to not accept more than one groupon voucher from each customer, it does clearly state this in the terms and conditions. Also no refund would come from the garage as you have paid Groupon NOT BCL thanks BCL
