Excellent service quality and great customer interfacing. Thanks to my friend for referring me to blue motors as I got an appointment for a full service of my astra estate on the same day I called them due to an urgent need, which I couldn't manage anywhere else. Service charge is really fair and reasonable. Will come back for sure.

I had my Astra car serviced today which included oil/filter change and they found oil leak so changed the gasket(Lucky they found it and showed me as well about the issue else it could have jammed the engine). I would say very decent garage and staff are calm, listens to issues. They inspected, mentioned about issues and cost beforehand and we agreed to go ahead. Overall excellent service.

I took my car to Blue motors after the drivers side door got damaged in an accident, they booked it in within a couple days noticed and had it fixed. I was so impressed with the quality of the work, i took it in again to get the side mirror fixed too. They have very reasonable price and they book you in on short notice as well. Customer service is great to, as they dont make you wait around while you are at the garage. 10/10 would recommed.

Edit: I came back to their garage as I still found that there was an issue and they resolved it ASAP with no hesitation. To top this they refused to be paid as their work was not complete. I used blue motor garage a few days ago after I had taken the same car to the main dealer (inchcape jaguar) where I was quoted an exorbitant price and told I would leave the car with them for a few days. Ahmed not only did a diagnostic that identified the problem immediately but they fixed the problem in 2hrs. I can not thank Ahmed and his team enough. His communication was spot on, he listed to me and got me back on the road in no time. This garage is absolutely so helpful and recommended.
