Dropped my car off a few day early for its MOT as I didn’t want to risk driving it there when it had expired. They surprised me by squeezing it in a day early which was amazing and extremely helpful when you have a toddler to taxi around! They were so friendly and professional I’ve booked in for a full service next week! Easy online booking service and payment, meaning no waiting around to sort payment when you collect.

Went to Halfords for 2 new tyres, prices very competitive especially online. Job done quickly plus after the job you get a written report on the state of your other tyres, wiper blades and brakes. Very impressed will use them again.

Called several autocentres but only Halfords offered an immediate appointment to replace my car battery. I was received warmly and the battery was replaced and I was on my way home within 15 minutes. Great service from a very polite and professional team of technicians.

Full service and MOT. I paid extra on the advice of the reception staff. relied a call hoping I would replace my front tyres, despite them having plenty of mileage left. I note the price for tyres has increased by £60 since last year! All in all, the add ons they tried to get me to have totalled over £600
