N. M.Excellent service from HESC. First time customer and will be using them the next time I need some work to the car.
The experience was made even simpler by Mark at the service desk who was very informative, helpful and keep me fully up to date on any issue/repairs required.
H. R.Absolutely amazing service from the guys today. Called up this morning, booked me in this morning. had tyre repaired and back on the road by midday! Staff are always friendly and can't do enough to help you. I would not go anywhere else for any of my car needs! 5 stars!!

They will do there best on price labour and service ,,.
Which is nice these days not to be ripped off after having work done ,,
They will recommend work that may be required to be done in the future , but don't pressure you into having the work done now.
Again another plus , everything is down to cost ,
Will recommend all day long

I will be using them from now on, I cannot fault any aspect from my experience. A few minor advisories from the MOT, so will get the car booked in for that work to be completed. Thank you for restoring faith in a service centre.
D. T.The service was outstanding. I was given a complete run down of what was wrong with my headlights which enabled me to go back to the garage chain that fitted them. They admitted that Grahams assumptions were correct and they would have the problem repaired free of charge. The job is booked in for 3 hours. I wouldn't have known there was a problem, I just thought my headlight bulbs had blown. There was a reason and Graham and his team found it.

L. W.I booked my car in for an MOT. I knew some of the jet washers weren’t working however I wasn’t too worried as I have used this service centre for many years and they have always adjusted the jets for me free of charge. However this time I was informed that to unblock them it would cost £39. I was a bit surprised to hear this however I felt I had no choice but to pay it otherwise it would have failed the MOT. When I got home I tried the jet washers and only 4 out of 6 were working. This was disappointing as I would have expected them to unblock all the jets especially after paying so much for it. It’s a shame as it means I won’t be going back to this service centre in the future, and neither will my family whom I had recommended them to. I liked dealing with Graham but he wasn’t there this time, and after today’s experience I don’t think I can trust the other staff. I feel a bit fobbed off! I have given 3 stars due to the previous experiences I have had which were much better.
