The BEST bmw specialist i ever came across, i own 2 bmws and been working with that garage for over 2 years now . The owner is great guy he will always get to the bottom of the issue with Your car , and they are very honest and helpfull. Recommend this place 100% its one of the few garages who dont charge You for things You dont need.

I had a problem with vibration on my BMW M3 and after reading many positive reviews about KWR on Google, PistonHeads, and Facebook... I called KWR to help. Needless to say I was not disappointed, fitted me in quickly (before Christmas), Kirk and “Lemon” (sorry I think that’s right!) were both friendly and a good laugh and identified what the problem was in literally 30 seconds, and fixed it the same day. Very reassuring and will definitely use them again for BMW servicing or repairs. Thanks again gents.

Very helpful and experienced guys, very knowledgeable and keen on supplying a great service at a reasonable price, unfortunately when I had some work done they had left the two bolts for my air filter box on the wiper scuttle, pretty disappointed but I would probably use them again. 26/11/20 E46 touring oil filter housing gasket and lower arm bushes.

Absolutely Fantastic! I have taken my BMW Z4 here a few times now. Every time I have received the most amazing service! These guys are not only honest but extremely professional. Took my E46 convertible in after a friend's recommendation, with airbag warning light on and my electrical roof was not working. They very quickly diagnosed the issues and rectified the problems. The guys were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If you own a BMW, do not waste your time searching on the internet for problem solving, visit these guys!

Wow what a service!!! I've taken several BMW's here and everytime my experience has been faultless and very reasonable prices. Perfect communication and even better service. I fully recommend this garage and the staff, even if you don't own a BMW I would suggest you try here first! There is nothing KWR hasn't sorted out and I'm sure that there won't ever be any problem that they can't. Great garage and great staff. Well worth a visit.

Great work done by KWR on my E38 recently. Had the timing chain guides let go on me and it’s a horrible job, KWR did it pretty quickly and at a great price. Kirk also did a couple of other small jobs on the car at no charge! Will definitely be back! Thanks guys.

I have been using KWR Services now for 6+ years. What can I say, Kirk is a gentleman, who goes above and beyond when it comes to looking after my 335d BMW. No job is too complex/difficult for him, and believe me, I’ve certainly set him some challenges over the years. If it comes to basic servicing or an extremely complex job, Kirk is your man. KWR have never let me down, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

So I have an aftermarket exhaust on my car and the exhaust starting knocking against the reinforcement brace. I therefore taken it to 2 local garages to diagnose and fix (at the time I did not know what was wrong with the car). The first garage could not identify where the knocking was from, but still understandably charged me to diagnose (this was my usual garage where we send our cars for mots and repair works). The second garage identified the exhaust was knocking, but could not come up with a solution to fix, other than to put spacers beneath my reinforcement brace, which I was not confident with them doing. I contacted KWR on Thursday (to which their response time was approx 10-15 minutes via Facebook) and booked my car in for the following Tuesday. However due to work commitments and travelling up from Ringwood, I could not drop it off in opening times. Therefore Kirk suggested I could drop off on Saturday as they were open. I dropped off on Saturday, and within a few minutes Kirk had identified the problem and thought of a fix. I left my car with KWR and within half an hour of KWR having my car, they had fixed the issue, by modifying my hangars and brackets to suit. When collecting my car KWR explained in detail the work undertaken, and shown me before and after pictures. KWR then only charged for the time it taken (half hour) rather than a full hour I was expecting (and would have been happy) to pay. All in all I would recommend KWR to anyone, Kirks knowledge and ability to resolve a problem is second to none. Thanks again KWR!!!
