We broke down on the m6 as our fuel injector went.It was a saturday afternoon and these guys recovered us and our baby and dog and took us to their garage to grab stuff out our car and then took us to a pet friendly hotel. They rang us Monday morning with a quote and had the car repaired and delivered to us at the hotel by Monday late afternoon. Genuinely nice,helpful and also professional. Thanks so much for helping us continue our travels!

Broke down on A500 these guys came out to see if they could help. Unfortunatley at the time they couldnt, but would come back next day to collect car. I had big ussues about leaving my car all night on an A road, so i called out my breakdown service who brought us and the car to our hotel we were staying at. Next day we called these guys back and they were out within a couple of hours and got the job done. Thank you so much guys.

Had a great experience with these guys… came and collected my car, replaced the alternator and dropped it back off the same afternoon. Cost of the job was £100 cheaper than what I’d previously been quoted! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The guys were good at first told me there was a problem took it the same day kept me up to date changed some parts and charged £200 which they did say if couldn't fix it they wouldn't charge but they did and then for the last 2 weeks I've asked for prove of what work was done and they seem to be avoiding my request does not drive now and I have to relie on it and I can't have my daughter with me as can't get her to school😭😭 not even drive now I have no choice but to Scap it.

They were amazing and saved my bum after I had my engine cut out on the way to uni. I called up Thursday night and they were with me Friday morning to diagnose, they didn't frill about the subject just told me straight it could be expensive. Had my car taken to the garage for free, multiple engine parts fixed and a full service and my skoda fabia was back to me by 4pm. Amazing service and so helpful and quick, they really understood how vital that car was to my daily life and got it sorted ASAP for a fair price 😀

Absolutely brilliant service, went to my car Friday lunch time to find it dead no power at all, couldn’t even open the doors... googled mobile mechanics and worked through the list, most said the earliest they could help me would be Monday, I rang these guys and within an hour they were with me, didn’t take long to diagnose the problem, they couldn’t move the car that night, but came back Saturday morning and took it away, they kept me updated and broke the price down with me, I was happy so they went ahead and my car was back home late afternoon on the Saturday. Really impressed, will definitely use in future and recommend

Having recently gone self employed the last thing I needed was major issues with the timing chain on my van, i contacted Big Jay and Sons who responded fast and diagnosed the issue straight away. After diagnosis, the lads had the van recovered to ensure no more damage could be done, they kept me well informed with how they were getting on. They went above and beyond to make sure my van was fixed putting in an extremely late night making sure my van was fixed as soon as possible and to the highest standard i cannot fault the lads at all and would highly recommend without a doubt. They fitted my cam chain on my Vauxhall vivaro van. They picked my van up on a low loader the same day with no hesitation. I waited a couple of weeks as there were other problems diagnosed but I now have my works van back and it runs like a dream. Got a warranty with the new cam chain for peace of mind. Price seemed reasonable in today's terms. I would recommend these guys and will go to them again if my work van has any other issues.

Brilliant service. Had a clutch break on me after 10 days of owning the car, Audi a3, due to the dealers not fully inspecting the car before selling it to me. Everyone phone call, text was answered with politeness and detailed information, would highly recommend to anyone!

Jay and his team are true proffencial Mechanics and auto electricians, my BMW would not start due to electrical problems, Jay came to my home diagnosed the problem then took my car to his garage where he he used his state of the art diagnostic equipment, told me exactly what was wrong, spent 2 days fixing it and returned the car back to my home, the work he carried out for me was unbelievable and the price amazing, i would highly recommend this company to anyone and personally would always use his services every time i had a breakdown, Jay has a heart of gold and helped me out enormously, i can't thank him enough.

Do not use this con artist charged me £120 for a set of new brake pads too find out a month later from another mechanic they hadn't even been changed he offers no receipts as proof of purchase for any parts he says have been replaced on your car you can never get hold of the guy and even when you do get fobbed off with some rubbish like your cars not ready mate I'm still waiting for the parts too come in parts that don't even get changed.this buisness needs closing down for good before more poor people pay out there hard earned money and get ripped off.
