D. B.My vehicle was sent to Brocksford Motors Ltd following an accident where I was rear ended. The vehicle needed a new bumper. Additionally, I'd damaged the car on it's rear drivers side with a bad scrape down to the metal.
Brocksford Motors repaired both for me. They did a great job. The staff kept me updated and made sure I was aware of what was happening and why.
When I picked up the vehicle they were friendly and helpful.
I would use them again and recommend them for their work and service.
P. H.What great staff, everyone we came into contact with, nothing was too much trouble. They helped us out by running us home and dropping off the repaired vehicle as we were without a car. Pity the insurance company weren’t as efficient or honest in their dealings with us…

L.The customer service I have received from Brocksford has been amazing from start to finish, I had trouble trying to sort my car hire out and they went above and beyond in helping me to sort this out. The repairs on my car are fantastic and cannot fault this lovely family run business. They collected my car for repairs and kept me informed throughout as to what was happening with the repair as it took a little longer than expected, however this wasn't a problem as they kept me well informed and I had phone calls at the beginning of the week and end of the week as to what stage my car was at.

I chose these as I have used them before and they have been around the longest and quite a few people I knew have used them before too. Couldn't fault them from start to finish. B. A.Customer service, as always, was brilliant. Moreover, the quality of workmanship was superb and beyond anything I have experienced at other local garages. On a previous occasion, I was told that my car would be written off but my insurance company told me that if I could find a garage that would provide an estimate within budget then they would authorise the repairs. This garage did just that BUT without compromising the quality of the repairs. Thanks to Brockfords I was able to enjoy another 7 years with the car of my dreams!!! M. W.After my car was vandlised, my insurance company put my car here to be repaired. It's taken over a month to get repaired, but the company has tried to keep me updated with regular updates. I would have provided a higher rating if my vehicle was repaired quicker but I gave to say that the staff are very friendly and helpful when I was speaking with them.
