Hi I put on a previous review which I now want to change because the scratch on my car was there before and I had not seen it. So I apologise for that. I still think someone should have come to the car with me to check it and then this situation would not have arisen in the first place. The company have said that they will give me a quote to repair the scratch and so I will take it there to get it done.

I'd spoken to KC Autos in Stoke to request a receipt for work my Dad had done on his car (this work was completed to a very high standard). The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful - and I hoped this service would continue, as we had our car (Macan, rear end damage) booked in for insurance repairs the following week. My car is now back today. We've had a new tailgate and bumper repair done and the service we've received and standard of work is exceptional. The car came up the drive looking brand new, with a very helpful gentleman overseeing both the delivery and collection. It was quite a awkward repair to do, but the end result is superb. We are delighted with the service we received.

From the initial contact and estimate to collecting my car, from estimator to front desk... Simply outstanding. As part of the repair I had to have door replaced on my Discovery, Landrover gave long lead times yet KC Autos managed to reduce this time considerably.. Hire car provided through KC from Enterprise mirrored KC Autos outstanding service.

Excellent service. Car picked up, courtesy car ready from enterprise. 2days later our car was done and looking like it's just come off the production line. Valeted and fantastic respray. No hassle service. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Sent here through my insurance (esure). The lads did a smashing job, picked the car up on to a transporter, within 3 weeks the motor was back, new door, brilliant job on the repair and respray, and took it back a few days later when an electrical fault occurred (which I presume was from accident) and fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommended garage, very professional service.

KC repaired my Corsa a couple of years back. The paint was mega. Really pleased. But the replaced hatch needed a firm slam or a second try, to get it to close. I took my focus for them to have a look at and get a quote as to exactly what was amiss. As it had had a previous poor repair (at another place). But they weren't really interested in taking some time to thoroughly inspect it, and just quoted for respraying the doors. There was actually quite a bit more wrong with it. Brilliant paint though on the corsa.

Car repaired and cleaned. Although noticed issue with electrics had a problem with fan heater not working but advised to contact insurance. Probably not the response I was looking for considering it was snowing and freezing.

Great all round service. Only issue was that they didn't have a courtesy car to use for one and a half weeks but fortunately we have another car so didn't need one. Everything else was faultless, excellent communication. Highly recommend
