So refreshing to come across such a helpful business! I’m running a car in the BMW 116 trophy and needed some advice and support with the exhaust which is supplied by them for the series. A pleasure deal with and prompt with supply. Can’t ask for more! Thanks Klarius! Should mention Andrew in tech support, nothing too much trouble. Thank you. (Not a very exciting photo though!😉)

I bought my car here for a new exhaust system. The service was excellent, the staff were very pleasant, informative and friendly. There was no waiting time, as soon as it was done I was contacted to collect my car. I will be returning again for any future issues I have with my car and would definitely recommend here for anyone needing anything done to their car. From reading other reviews Klarius have gotten customer service right. I had purchased an aftermarket exhaust for my car and could not find the correct gasket to fit, as it was very different from the stock gasket fitted to my car. After speaking to other companies, people didn't care (understandably as it's such a small sale), I was then told I should speak to Klarius directly. I called up and spoke to Andrew, who helped me immensely - we spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes trying to figure out together which gasket would fit my car, and then got a couple posted to me a few days later. Absolutely fantastic service, will come back myself, and recommend to everyone around me. Finally a company that understands the importance of being kind. Thank you Andrew!!

Truly awesome service. Helpful (where others were not), professional, friendly. I'd purchased a Klarius exhaust from another supplier who could not help me with the corresponding gaskets, after several rounds of unsuccessful online chats and calls to others (they either didn't know, or gave the impression they didn't really care) I called Klarius direct. Andrew Aiton could not have been more helpful, he knew the products I had purchased, and understood what I needed, right off the bat. If only all companies had service like this.... I was after a piece of exhaust for my Volvo 940 which seemed to be very hard to get hold of. I spoke with Andrew from the technical support and he couldn't have been any more helpful!! He found the exact part I was looking for along with the specifications and dimensions of all the components for me to then check against my vehicle. They were experiencing computer issues at the time but he gave me a call back straight after and got it sorted for me. Excellent customer service and help from Andrew, thank you!!

I bought a rear backbox exhaust/silencer for my car from an online retailer which was not a klarius system but came with Klarius springbolts and fittings. The springbolts did not come with any nuts and I didn't know what nuts I needed. I spoke to Andrew Aiton to find out where I could buy some and he kindly offered to find me some nuts (FOC) that would fit after I gave him the part number of the bolts. Two days later they arrived through my letterbox! Wondfully polite, helpful and professional.

I needed an exhaust part for my 97 Mitsubishi Shogun. The garage couldn’t get it. Within 1/2 an hour I had both the exhaust part and the gasket which I didn’t know I needed but without which the exhaust wouldn’t have been able to be fitted. Fantastic service, knowledge and customer care. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Exemplary customer service! I emailed Klarius Customer Service late one Friday afternoon regarding a part which had been delivered in a poor state. The damage was no fault of Klarius themselves yet within 30 minutes I received a very polite telephone call from Andrew in the Techincal Services department apologising and offering to exchange the part. I live near to the Klarius factory and within 1 hour of my email I was back home with the replacement part. The staff are a true credit to the company and as a result I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Klarius to others. Thank you for going out of your way to help.

I part I was sent was slightly not as described but having mentioned that to Andrew on the phone, he completely understood and was outstandingly attentive. He checked with whomever it concerned and actually checked an on-site version of the same product I'd received and apologised for mishap. He offered to call me back and being honest; I wasn't going to hold my breath as a majority of the time, I'd usually hear nothing back at all. Low and behold, I received 2 call-backs to assure me he was on the case still. Over an hour later and he's still dealing with me and come back with some great news. Not only has he had the time to make a customer feel important but he's found the part I was after and has offered to ship it out to me as part of my original order on EuroCarParts - Even thrown in the gaskets associated with said part. Service like this is scarce. I really hope Andrew is recognised for going above and beyond - A credit to the team.
