I had bought a 2009 Mini Cooper that began to have problems a couple days after I purchased it. I took it to Penkhull Service Station for a health check and diagnostic. After explaining my situation they provided me with a thorough explanation of the issues, included pictures, that inevitably I used to reject the car and returned it to the auto trader. Their help saved me a lot of money and grief. I will always use them for future services and repairs. The technician was thorough and provide a full explanation of what was going on. He didn't make me feel like an idiot either for buying a dodgy car. I cannot recommend them enough.
