Checked my car for a coolant leak at short notice. After having the vehicle for a day, and having not found any issues, I was given the keys back and told that I would not be charged as the labour time was minimal.
They really had no need to do that, but it shows how honest and genuine the business is - a real rarity - will definitely be using them again.
T.Fantastic garage, very friendly and helpful. Good prices and high standards of work carried out. Very honest as well which is refreshing as most garages try to rip you off. Faultless! I am now a repeat customer :).

N. D.Travelling down the motorway last weekend on a long journey home the covering underneath the car partially detached and was dragging along the road. Luckily we were not far from a junction and Springfields was the nearest garage - we turned up, explained the problem and within just a few minutes they had taken a look, reattached the loose parts free of charge and we were back on the road. Incredibly generous, helpful and convenient - obviously this has been our only experience with the garage but would not hesitate to recommend to anyone more local!
C. F.I had a friend advise me that i should take my car to Springfield garage and ask for Nat. The car was due an MOT on 22nd March, so i took the car to be booked in for it's MOT at said garage. I had bought a new fuel filter and asked if he would fit it for me as it was there and he would be paid for his time. The car needed a front n/s anti roll bar ball joint cover, i asked Nat if he wouldn't mind getting one for the other side and putting that on aswell, this was no problem. After doing the little bits that needed doing for my car to pass it'MOT I knew i had found a great little garage. The mechanic Nat and his staff were spot on. When i met Nat for the first time i could just tell that this was a truthful honest guy, you know when you can just tell? Anyway Nat full marks Sir I shall be seeing you again youv'e gained a repeat customer.
