Looked after my Audi A2 perfectly. Diagnosed the problems quickly and fixed them ready for me to collect after the weekend. Even managed to fix an issue after I picked up the car which cropped up on the drive home. Highly recommend Rob and Marcus who know their stuff, especially Audi A2’s!

I am an A2 driver who was looking for folk who have experience to check my car over, fix my central locking ( I could not find anyone to sort it in the NE) and do the cambelt with a few of other smaller items . They hold many specialist A2 parts so no hanging about for deliveries or sourcing. My round trip to visit them was 460mls and definitely worth it. Dropped off at 9.30 I got the car back just after 2, giving me loads of time to get home. Rob and Marcus are knowledgeable and very helpful, while also being reasonably priced, a great experience.

I’ve left a number of reviews over the years and quite a few were deserving a full 5 stars … however what do you do when you experience a level of professionalism, impeccable workmanship, thoroughness, attention to detail and on top of it friendliness … AND … from the automotive service sector!! Yes, a real dilemma that’s what - the team at WOM deserve higher praise than just the usual "5 stars"! We bring our A2 up from London for servicing but most of the trips north have been for upgrades - Bose system, Curtain Airbags, HID Headlamps etc etc. Further, the WOM team is up for custom work with my faves so far being the Full colour DIS display, which is a real treat (especially as I’m an Engineer and it provides tons of Engi-Nerd data on the car) and the addition of DTRL’s with integrated LED fog lamps into the existing fog lamp housings (superb job and you’d be hard pressed to identify it as aftermarket - even the wiring behind the bumper) ... Thanks Tom 👌🏼 The WOM Team make owning (and loving) the iconic A2 an utter pleasure. This is my first AUDI and thanks to WOM it will definitely not be my last ... although our A2 will always have a special space in our garage! Thank you Gents!

Rob and Marcus basically saved my Audi A2 from being scrapped. The engine issue (persistent misfire) that nobody else wanted to work on was dealt with in most professional way - cam cover and cylinder head off, they identified the leak on one of the valves (due to worn guides), head was cleaned and valves reseated. I was kept in the loop at every stage. The commitment to help out was outstandingly positive, and the service provided was honest and of great value and expertise. Amazing to see such level of service these days. Thank you guys!

What an excellent company! Rob & Marcus are your genuine gurus when it comes to the Audi A2, their knowledge and attention to detail is truly impressive, and you only get to be that good when you truly care about what you do. Mine had been determinedly bodged by an unsympathetic previous owner, but the guys fixed everything and even sourced all the correct OEM parts that were previously bodged. They're better even than the Audi main dealers who are really only interested in the newer cars. My little A2 won't be going to any other workshops now!

I have used Wom Automotive for a number of years and have purchased a number of cars through their ‘car sourcing’ facilities. In addition I have recommended a number of friends who have also been more than happy with using Wom Automotive. Only last year they found a purchaser for a Classic Morris Minor that was sold within a few days at a favourable price. It’s a family business that are exceptionally knowledgeable on cars within the Volkswagen and Audi Group, both to purchase or repair. However I have utilised the services of Rob Womersley on a number of occasions to source various models of cars for myself and family. As well as assistance in purchasing cars at attractive terms, also in selling our cars at favourable terms. It would be a cliche to say the WOM operate on ‘the answer is yes, what’s the question’ but they work hard at meeting your needs. On number of occasions I have dealt with Rob Womersley, however I have sought technical answers Marcus Womersley, yep brothers! We don’t live close to the Garage, however like a number of well documented other customer’s, both my wife and I feel comfortable in making contact and subsequent visit to discuss our needs . They never loose sight of the fact that you are the customer. What ever the type of car you have an interest in, be it diesel,petrol or electric their knowledge is First Class . If you have high expectations , then I don’t believe that Wom Automotive disappoint .

Purchased my 2006 low mileage Q7 of Rob n Marcus, way back in 2013 It's been expertly serviced by Marcus since then. The car has been great with miles of trouble free motoring thanks to their excellent friendly aftersales. I recommend them to my son and they've just sourced for him a Seat Ibiza, it's a great little motor in excellent condition, and for the right price.

Update 9/3/2021. Been to WOM Automotive today to have a cam belt, tensioner and water pump replaced on my Audi A5. Both Rob and Marcus provided the same extremely high standard of service today that I, my son and my sister have always received every time we have any work completed by them. They are very professional, clear in their communication,listen to and deliver what their customer asks for. Great experience and would recommend them without hesitation. WOM automotive came to my attention following the purchase of my Sons Audi A2 back in 2015. We picked up WOM's details from being a member of the Audi A2 owners club(A2oc). WOM provide the most attentive experience I have received from the motor trade, I actually work in the trade so concur that WOM have the customer journey under control, which I am sure has been influenced by their background with brands such as Bentley. My experience so far has been purchasing parts for my Sons A2 (these have been of excellent quality and as described - used leather seats), supply and fit of Bose upgrade, recently had my A3 in with WOM and fantastic service for a DSG oil and filter change, identify and fix A/C not working, local garage was unable to ID the issue, supply and fit a couple of rear springs, replace turbo using a refurbished unit from a quality re-work source. All in all the attention to detail and time taken to thing though issues to get to the root cause of problems is exemplary. Oh forget to mention, rear parking sensors were not working and WOM identified the issue, again local garage was unable to identify. These guys (Rob & Marcus) and a real credit to their customers, the motor trade and more importantly to themselves. Keep up the fantastic work, advise and customer care. I will be back.

We bought our very first, newly discovered little gem of a red A2 1.4TDi from Rob three years ago and have never looked back. Not only is it just the most amazing little pocket rocket we have ever driven, it is so economical and comfortable to drive. When we wanted to add a cruise control and some leather seats Rob and members of the A2 forum crew were there, and although it was a long journey up from the South West I was pleased to return to the 'magic' garden where we first encountered A2's. Rob and Tom? were there, ready to strip out the old seats and put the shiny black leather ones in, but only after Tom had put in the wiring loom for the adjustable lumbar supports in the front seats ! These lads really are a first class team, you simply cannot wish for better service. Even last week Rob was able to give me guidance to pass on to my local VAG garage who were stumped by a wayward temperature gauge which was still misbehaving despite having a new thermostat fitted and they reckoned the temp sensor was fine. On Robs advice, new sensor fitted, job done, they had to swallow their pride - they reckoned I needed a new dashboard, lol! Love these guys, and the very helpful A2 forum, too, but I appreciate they deal with the whole VAG group, but for us, the little A2 is brilliant, so much so that we wont replace it even though we need a larger car!
