Although they couldn't assist with repairing the lock on my Swift caravan whilst I was on holiday in the area, they made a great effort to try and see if they could help. They responded very quickly to my enquiry which was useful as I knew what my options were from then on. Recommended.

Outstanding, they went above and beyond to help us with warranty and fridge repairs, Caravan Team also made sure we had our holiday when the motorhome failed the MOT, two days before we were due to go. Within an hour the faulty light was fixed and the MOT passed, cannot fault the service or the friendly staff

Great experience, nothing too much trouble & very knowledgeable. Had my caravan serviced in March, then took back to have handbrake replaced (picked up during service), and a replacement locker door fitted (don't try this yourself!) 🙈 Would highly recommend! 👍

Took my 2014 Caravan for a service, replacement of a damaged wheel spat, and an electrical fault on the fridge. Parts were sourced and fitted for the fridge, the wheel spat and the service work completed. Additionally they discovered some water ingress around front window seals (which I had not noticed) and they replaced the seals during the visit. Great service and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone as I found all the staff to be friendly and informative.

Very good service, first class fair prices . I took my fridge to be fixed, but some how it wasn't broken, but my door was and that was repaired and fridge now works, as it should. Top quality services. They also quickly sorted my friends lock on his van . I will be going there from now on if anymore issues with my Caravan.

First time I have used this company, won’t be the last. Excellent service took an hour and a half to complete full service of my caravan. I had taken all the carpets up as thought they may get marked with men going in and out, however no need to worry as they removed their shoes. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. We travelled to Wales from Cornwall on the 6th of June when we had to call out our breakdown service as we were having problems with the brakes on our caravan . As we are in Wales for a considerable time we spoke with Stuart from Caravan Team at Swansea. So very grateful to him for sorting us out. The problem was brakes binding ,and disintegrating these were replaced by Stuart. Highly recommend this company friendly first class service and reasonable price . So glad we found this gem of a company. Long story short bought a motorhome from a dealer, told the fridge wouldn't work on electric hook up till they ordered a part, used it as you do on gas and finally booked it into the caravan team. Within seconds it was working!! Turns out they are honest and good at what they do as all they had to do was put a switch on that we didn't know existed! Also developed a gas leak which was also sorted without issue. Can't recommend Stuart and his team highly enough. Thanks
