B. B.Absolutely outstanding service from RGM. Nothing was too much trouble Phil really assisted us with getting my mother's car sorted and it was a superb finish. This company makes a stressful situation become stress free. Rhiannon a joy she was so helpful. Both Phil and Rhiannon an absolute credit to this company. c. c. O.My car was sent to RGM for repairs after being in an accident. From start to finish the communication i received from RGM was outstanding. I was given an estimated completion date for my car which was true as I collected my car on the given date. RGM contacted me on 4 occassions to arrange an assessment, to notify me that the parts for my car had been ordered, to arrange when my car was to be collected, and to tell me the work had been completed and my car was ready for collection. I also recieved regular updates via Sms throughout the process from RGM and my insurer stating how much of the work had been completed. It was very reassuring dealing with such a professional company after the upset of being involved in an accident. The whole process was seamless and taken out of my hands on my behalf. Each member of staff was pleasant, and I would definitely recommend using RGM Vehicle Repairs.

This time I requested that my wife's Fiesta was sent there, as I was so impressed with the service and quality of repair on my truck. I challenge anyone to come and view our car and point out any fault!. Dealt with a short chap called Richard that kept me updated with the repair on my wife's car and he was very professional
