Quick and efficient. Nowhere to wait during the COVID restrictions. Very good service though.

Auto engine tune is a small friendly and professional garage. Run by husband and wife team with a good mix of experience and energy. I was very impressed to see a young apprentice cleaning the backplate with a wire brush before installing new brake discs. They are very responsive and fitted me in for 2 vehicles AC regas without notice. They used an automated AC machine which seemed to do a thorough job and measured the amount of gas to refill the system and even metered the oil necessary as well. In short I've been looking for a small, professional and friendly garage and I think I've found one. Members of the good garage scheme. All in all a pleasure to deal with.

Lorraine and her team were super helpful when my breaks needed servicing after they locked. She was open, honest and incredibly helpful - I was booked in for the next day and the work was so reasonably priced. As a female driver with little mechanical knowledge it's hard to know whether garages are being truthful or if they're inflating anything but here they were perfect, so genuine - recommend to anyone but definitely for other women that may be in the same situation.

If you are looking for a honest and excellent service, I would really recommend Auto Engine Tune. The garage is ran by a really lovely couple, with Lorraine on the front desk. Things you can expect: Open and honest suggestions what needs to be done asap, and what can be done on a later date (if in case you are in a bit of money crunch). The job that has been tasked, done in the upmost quality. No bodge jobs here. MOT done the honest way. Unlike other garages when they deliberately fail your car to make you spend money on jobs. My overall impression of them is that they value the customer satisfaction more then the money. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with this garage. My van was dropped in for a couple of little bits to get it through MOT but on my way over a bigger problem arose. They managed to swap things around and fit in extra time to get the bigger job done quicker than I could ever imagine. Would definitely recommend!

I have really good mechanics in Bristol but they don’t refill gas for the AC. I called up and was booked in straightaway. As I work in Swindon. Talked through the entire process which was brilliant! The staff are not like your average mechanics, they are very friendly and fill you with confidence. I could see that the refill was done to a high standard as all checks were thoroughly completed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very honest service, I thought I needed new brake pads turns out I didn't and they called to tell me this , saving me money which is always appreciated. Very thoughtful customer service and will book my remap with them also . Great Customer Service & Honest Prices
