L.The big let down is customer service, if I'm told I will be kept in touch regarding an ordered part and I have to call 2 times and still not get a call back and then get a call the day before to say I'm expected tomorrow then I regard this as bad service. It was by sheer chance that I could make the appointment. It was also very expensive for non Audi so next time I will go direct to Audi, that way I'm told exactly the cost before hand.
