I would say that the waiting area needs a refresh as I did see another customer trip on the doorstep edges on their way in and it looks a bit tired but overall it was a positive experience.

H.Fantastic service from Steve at Kwik Fit - we stopped in because we couldn't remove the valve cap to inflate a tyre on the way to London and he sorted it quickly and efficiently and didn't charge. The best service we have had from a garage in a long time. They were extremely busy but sorted us out quickly.

t.I needed a replacement brake light bulb … the staff (so sorry I didn’t ask their names) were absolutely brilliant….. I only waited a couple of minutes then a technician attended to the bulb. The staff member was very kind … a real credit to the business. I wouldn’t hesitate in visiting this branch again and recommending to friends
R. L.I booked my car in for a brake fluid change and was utterly impressed by the service. I was lucky enough to watch the whole process through the large glass window and their mechanic was amazing. Not only did he change the fluid and inspect the whole wheel and brake assembly, he even cleaned everything with a wire brush too. My brake calipers and rear brake hubs have never been so clean. He then came in for a detailed chat and explanation regarding my brake disc thickness and rear brake measurements he could take to determine if I'd need new parts in the near future. After that he even checked my oil and coolant levels and advised a coolant flush which I'd been planning to have already at some time. I wasn't expecting such a thorough service especially with all the extras he included. I was so impressed I asked for his name so I could give him a shout. Thank you Dan Bassett, top bloke, top job!
